Projekti "Ühist õppimist soodustava kultuuri toetamine Taaramäe lasteaias"" käigus viiakse läbi õpiüritused, mille käigus luuakse ettevalmistus ja motivatsioon õppiva organisatsiooni kujunemiseks, nüüdisaegsete õpimeetodite laialdasemaks kasutamiseks - seega ka uue arengukava elluviimiseks.
