Jüri Gümnaasiumi projekt "Hariduslikud erivajadused ning õpetaja jõustamine" eesmärgiks on organisatsioonikultuuris ühtsem väärtusruum, pädevused ja kompetentsid tööks erivajadustega õppijatega ning õpetajate tööalase jõustamise süsteemi loomine. Eesmärkide täitmiseks kavandatakse järgmised tegevused: õpetajate ühised mõttekojad, töökoosolekud, õpetajate täienduskoolitused erivajadusega õpilase õpetamisest-toetamisest ja supervisioonist ning õpetajate professionaalsete õpikogukondade loomine. Jüri Gymnasium project "Special educational needs and teacher enforcement" the aim is to create a more cohesive value space, competences and competences for working with learners with special needs in organisational culture, and to create a system of professional enforcement for teachers. In order to achieve the objectives, the following activities are planned: teachers’ joint think tanks, working meetings, teacher in-service training on teaching-support and supervision of pupils with special needs, and the creation of professional learning communities for teachers.
