Üldpädevuste tasemete mudel annab aluse kujundavale hindamisele. Õpetajate ülesanne on toetada õpilasi eesmärkide seadmisel ja anda tagasisidet. Tähtis on tekitada/hoida motivatsiooni tasemete vahel liikumisel.Võtmeroll on klassijuhatajatel, kes arenguvestlustel õpilasi üldpädevuste arendamisel nõustavad/tagasisidestavad. Olulised eesmärgid, kokkulepped ja õpilase arengut tõendavad materjalid pannakse e-arengumappi. Kooli lõpetamisel toimub vestlus, võetakse kokku, milline oli õpilase areng. (Estonian)

The Global Competence Levels model provides the basis for a design assessment. The role of teachers is to support students in setting targets and to provide feedback. It is important to create/maintain motivation when moving between levels. The key role is for class leaders who advise/reconciliate students in the development of general competences during development talks. Important goals, agreements and evidence of the student’s development will be placed in the e-development template.
