Celem głównym proj. jest zwiększenie dostępu do świadczenia usług społecznych w społeczności lokalnej w Gm. Manowo w tym zwiększenie dostępu do świadcz. usług opiekuńczych w formie Klubu Seniora dla 25os. (22K;3M) oraz wsparcie dla 7 opiekunów faktycznych (5K;2M) poprzez utworzenie grupy samopomocowej oraz realizacji poradnictwa w okresie XI.19-XII.21r. W ramach projektu zaplanowano do realizacji 3 zadania: 1. Utworzenie 25 miejsc świadczenia usług opiekuńczych w wyniku zakupu wyposażenia Klubu Seniora w Rosnowie w Gm. Manowo w okresie XI-XII.2019r. 2. Bieżące funkcjonowanie Klubu Seniora w Rosnowie Gm. Manowo w okresie I.2020-XII.2021r. W ramach zadania zatrudniony zostanie Opiekun klubu oraz realizowane będą różne formy wsparcia seniorów: zajęcia/ warsztaty/ spotkania/ wyjazdy. 3. Wsparcie 7 opiekunów faktycznych poprzez utworzenie grupy samopomocowej oraz realizacji poradnictwa w okresie I.2020-XII.2021r.- speł. kryt. prem. 2. Wsparciem w projekcie objętych zostanie 25os. (22K;3M) niesamodzielnych, starszych pow. 60 r.ż. z Gm. Manowo, w szczególności miejscowości Rosnowo oraz 7 opiekunów faktycznych os. niesamodzielnych (5K;2M). Wsparcie w ramach proj. określone zostało na podst. przeprowadzonej w V.2019r. analizy syt. problemowej przez Gminę Manowo oraz GOPS w Manowie. W analizie uwzględniono dane statyst., dok. strategiczne, zgłaszane potrzeby przez potencjalnych uczestników podczas prowadzonych rozmów oraz na podst. zgłoszeń mieszkańców do GOPS. Gł. produkty i rezultaty, które zost. osiągnięte w proj.: - liczba os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ. objętych usługami asyst. i opiek. świadcz. w społ. lokalnej w progr. – 25os. - liczba os. zagroż. ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ. objętych wsparciem w programie – 25os. - liczba utworzonych miejsc świadcz. usług opiekuńczych istniejących po zakończeniu proj.- 25. - liczba utworzonych Klubów Seniora -1. - liczba opiekunów faktycznych, którzy podnieśli wiedzę w wyniku otrzymanego wsparcia - 7. The main objective of the project is to increase access to the provision of social services in the local community in Manovo, including increasing access to the provision of care services in the form of a Senior Club for 25 people. (22K;3M) and support for 7 actual caregivers (5K;2M) through the creation of a self-help group and the implementation of guidance during the period XI.19-XII.21. As part of the project, 3 tasks are planned: 1. Creation of 25 places to provide care services as a result of the purchase of equipment of the Senior Club in Rosnów in Manowo in the period XI-XII.2019. 2. The current functioning of the Senior Club in Rosnów Gm. Manowo in the period I.2020-XII.2021. As part of the task, the Club Manager will be hired and various forms of support for seniors will be implemented: classes/workshops/meetings/departures. 3. Support of 7 actual caregivers through the creation of a self-help group and the implementation of counselling in the period I.2020-XII.2021. 2. Support for the project will be covered by 25 people. (22K;3M) dependent, older areas. 60 years old with the Gm. Manowo, in particular the town of Rosnowo, and 7 guardians of actual dependent persons (5K;2M). Support under the project was determined on the basis of a problem analysis carried out in V.2019 by the Municipality of Manowo and GOPS in Manowo. The analysis took into account statistics, strategic docs, reported needs by potential participants during the discussions and on the basis of notifications from residents to GOPS. Total outputs and results achieved in the project: — the number of persons at risk of poverty or excluding the population covered by assistance and care services in the local population in the progr. 25. — number of persons at risk of poverty or exclusion of population supported under the programme – 25 persons. — number of places created to provide care services existing after the end of the project – 25. — number of Senior Clubs created -1. — the number of actual guardians who have raised knowledge as a result of the support received – 7.
