W ramach projektu w 96 budynkach/lokalach mieszkalnych z terenu Gminy Myślibórz zrealizowane zostaną zadania z zakresu ochrony środowiska obejmujące trwałą zmianę systemu ogrzewania opartego na paliwie stałym polegającą na: 1)podłączeniu do sieci ciepłowniczej, 2)zainstalowaniu ogrzewania gazowego, 3)zainstalowaniu innych rodzajów źródeł ciepła: a. zainstalowaniu ogrzewania elektrycznego, b. zainstalowaniu ogrzewania olejowego, c. zainstalowaniu ogrzewania opartego na odnawialnych źródłach energii, d. zainstalowaniu ogrzewania opartego na paliwie stałym o niskiej emisyjności. W budynkach/lokalach mieszkalnych objętych projektem zlikwidowane zostaną piece lub kotły opalane paliwami stałymi (piece lub kotły węglowe) i zastąpione zostaną jednym lub kombinacją instalacji wymienionych powyżej. Wymiana źródeł ciepła przeprowadzona zostanie wyłącznie w budynkach/lokalach mieszkalnych spełniających minimalne wymogi w zakresie efektywności energetycznej tj. w budynkach/lokalach mieszkalnych, dla których wskaźnik EPH+W wynosi nie więcej niż 150 kWh/m2 na rok. W celu potwierdzenia spełnienia tego warunku w ramach projektu wykonane zostaną świadectwa charakterystyki energetycznej (określone przez Rozporządzenie Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 27 lutego 2015 r. w sprawie metodologii wyznaczania charakterystyki energetycznej budynku lub części budynku oraz świadectw charakterystyki energetycznej (Dz. U. z 2015 r. poz. 376 z poźn. zm.) Świadectwa wykonane zostaną dla 115 budynków/lokali mieszkalnych. Odbiorcami końcowymi (Grantobiorcami) w ramach projektu będą wyłącznie osoby fizyczne - mieszkańcy Gminy Myslibórz. Granty w ramach projektu przyznawane będą ryczałtowo. Granty przyznawane będą się w wysokości 7 500 zł za zmianę systemu ogrzewania w jednym lokalu mieszkalnym lub budynku jednorodzinnym. Projekt ma charakter stacjonarny. (Polish)

The project will carry out environmental protection tasks in 96 buildings/residential units from Myślibórz Municipality, including the permanent change of the solid fuel heating system consisting of: 1)connecting to the district heating network, 2)installing gas heating, 3) installing other types of heat generators: a. Installation of electric heating, b. installation of oil heating, c. installation of heating based on renewable energy sources, d. installation of heating based on low carbon solid fuel. Solid fuel furnaces or boilers (carbon furnaces or boilers) will be removed in the buildings/residential units covered by the project and replaced by one or a combination of the installations listed above. Heat generators will only be replaced in buildings/residential units that meet minimum energy efficiency requirements, i.e. in buildings/residential units with an EPH+W ratio of not more than 150 kWh/m² per year. In order to confirm that this condition is met, energy performance certificates (as defined by the Regulation of the Minister for Infrastructure and Development of 27 February 2015 on the methodology for determining the energy performance of a building or part of a building and energy performance certificates) will be carried out within the framework of the project. The final recipients (Grant Recipients) within the project will be only natural persons – residents of Myslibórz Municipality. Project grants will be awarded on a flat-rate basis. Grants will be awarded in the amount of PLN 7 500 for changing the heating system in one apartment or single-family building. The project is stationary. (English)
