Zgodnie z diagnozą WRPO w procesie kształcenia uczniów istotną rolę odgrywa odpowiednie przygotowanie warunków zewnętrznych oraz tworzenie prawidłowych warunków edukacyjnych. Nauczyciel powinien dostosować metody i formy pracy z ucz.do jego możliwości, uwarunkowanych dysfunkcjami czy sytuacji społecznej. Prawidłowe warunki edukacyjne umożliwiają ucz.sprostanie wymaganiom określonym w podstawie programowej. Zespół Szkolno-Przedszkolny w Ślesinie obejmuje obecnie edukacją 533 uczniów i jest szkołą mieszczącą się w gminie miejsko-wiejskiej. Misją szkoły jest prowadzenie działań w celu tworzenia optymalnych warunków realizacji działalności dydaktycznej, wychowawczej i opiekuńczej i innowacyjnej, zapewnienia każdemu uczniowi warunków niezbędnych do jego rozwoju, podnoszenia jakości pracy szkoły i jej rozwoju organizacyjnego.Dlatego przedmiotem proj."Swego nie znacie - geograficzny zawrót głowy w ZSP w Ślesinie" jest:a) doposażenie pracowni geograficznej i biologicznej w specjalistyczny sprzęt do przeprowadzenia doświadczeń i eksperymentów,b) organizacja zajęć rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe dla 80uczniów (38Ki42M) tj. koło zainteresowań z geografii, koło zainteresowań z biologii, zajęć wyrównawcze z matematyki i fizyki;c) wsparcie indywidualnego podejścia do ucznia dla 8 uczniów (4K i 4M) poprzez organizację zajęć korekcyjno-kompensacyjnych i socjoterapeutycznych;d) wsparcie nauczycieli, poprzez skierowanie 4 nauczycieli (3Ki1M) na szkolenia z kompetencji wychowawczych. Realizacja proj. zaplanowana jest od VII`2020 do VI`2022 (k.dostępu). Zadania przewidziane do realizacji wynikają z indywidualnego zdiagnozowanego zapotrzebowania ZSP w Ślesinie zgodnie z przyjętą przez organ prowadzący diagnozą (kryt.dostępu). Realizowane w ramach projektu działania będą stanowiły uzupełnienie działań prowadzonych przez szkołę przed rozpoczęciem realizacji projektu i nie wpłyną na zmniejszenie ich skali (kryt.dostępu). According to the diagnosis of the WRPO, the proper preparation of external conditions and the creation of proper educational conditions play an important role in the educational process of pupils. The teacher should adapt the methods and forms of work with the learner to his/her ability, depending on his/her dysfunctions or social situation. Proper educational conditions allow the student to meet the requirements specified in the program basis. The School and Pre-School Team in Ślesina currently includes 533 students and is a school located in the urban-rural commune. The mission of the school is to carry out activities in order to create optimal conditions for the implementation of educational, educational and care and innovative activities, to provide every student with the necessary conditions for his development, to improve the quality of the school’s work and its organizational development.Therefore, the subject of the project “You do not know – geographical dizziness in the ISP in Ślesina” is:(a) equipping the geographical and biological studio with specialised equipment for conducting experiments and experiments, B) organisation of classes developing key competences for 80 students (38Ki42M), i.e. a circle of interests in geography, a circle of interests in biology, compensatory classes in mathematics and physics;c) support for an individual approach to the student for 8 students (4K and 4M) through the organisation of corrective, compensation and sociotherapeutic classes;d) support teachers, by directing 4 teachers (3Ki1M) to training in educational competences. Project implementation is planned from VII‘2020 to VI’2022 (access). The tasks to be carried out are the result of the individual diagnosed demand of the ZSP in Ślesin in accordance with the diagnosis (access). The activities carried out under the project will complement the activities carried out by the school before the start of the project and will not reduce their scale (access criteria). (English)
