"W drodze do sukcesu" jest skierowany do 120 osób (78K/42M) biernych zaw. i bezrobotnych w tym kobiety, osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, ON, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, os. o niskich kwalifikacjach oraz osoby odchodzące z rolnictwa i M w wieku 30-49 lat. Wskazana grupa zamieszkuje na terenie powiatu tureckiego (w tym miasto Turek), kolskiego(w tym Koło) oraz gmin należących do pow. konińskiego (Grodziec, Kleczew, Rychwał, Skulsk, Sompolno, Wierzblinek, Wilczyn)Termin realizacji: 01.09.2019-30.06.2021Celem głównym P. jest wzrost kompetencji poprzez zdobycie certyfikatu ukończenia szkol. i doświadczeń zawodowych poprzez staż, w efekcie poprawa sytuacji na rynku pracy i poziomu zatrudnienia dla osób defaworyzowanych: 79 bezrob. (w tym 52 K), 22 biernych (w tym 15K), 15 odchodzących z rol. (w tym 10 K) oraz 4 bezrobotnych mężczyzn w wieku 30-49, czyli łącznie 120 os. powyżej 29 r.ż., którzy zamieszkują wskazane wyżej obszary funkcjonalne wymagające wsparcia procesów rozwojowych oraz małe miasta (Turek i Koło).P. jest kompleksowy ponieważ każdy UP zostanie objęty wsparciem z uwzględnieniem wszystkich form pomocy możliwych do realizacji w ramach P., które zostaną zidentyfikowane u danego UP jako niezbędne w celu wzrostu kompetencji, znalezienia zatrudnienia i ogólnej poprawy sytuacji na rynku pracy, w tym:-diagnozowanie i profilowanie UP polegające na doradztwie zawodowym z IPD,-szkolenia mające na celu podniesienie kwal. i nadanie nowych uprawnień - wsparcie wynika z IPD i potrzeb rynku,-pośrednictwo pracy - asysta w poszukiwaniu stażu i pracy w celu znalezienia trwałego zatrudnienia-staże - tożsame z ukończonym szkoleniem, które zapewnią rozwijanie nabytych umiejętności w praktyceWskaźniki rezultatu-efekty działań:-l.os., które uzyskały kwalifikacje - 45-l.os., pracujących po opuszczeniu prog. - 53-l.os. This group resides in the Turkish district (including the city of Turek), Kolski (including Koło) and the communes belonging to the Konin area (Grodziec, Kleczew, Rychwał, Skulsk, Sompolno, Wierzblinek, Wilczyn)The period of implementation: 01.09.2019-30.06.2021The main objective of P. is to increase competence by obtaining a certificate of completion of school. and work experience through internship, as a result of improving the situation on the labour market and the level of employment for disadvantaged people: 79 unattended. (including 52 K), 22 passive (including 15K), 15 departing from the roll. (including 10 K) and 4 unemployed men aged 30-49, i.e. a total of 120 people over 29 years old, who live in the above functional areas requiring support for development processes and small towns (Turek and Kolo).P. is comprehensive because each PU will be supported taking into account all forms of assistance that can be implemented under P., which will be identified by the PA concerned as necessary to increase skills, find employment and overall improve the labour market situation, of which:-diagnosing and profiling of UP consisting of career counselling with the IPD,-training aimed at increasing the quad. and granting new entitlements – the support stems from the IPD and the needs of the market,-job mediation – assistant in search of internships and jobs in order to find sustainable employment-internships – equivalent to completed training, which will ensure the development of acquired skills in practice. 53-person.
