Projekt zakłada wykonanie szeregu prac remontowo-budowlanych w zdegradowanym budynku przy ul. Jasnogórskiej 34 dla potrzeb Centrum Pomocy Dziecku Niepełnosprawnemu i Jego Rodzinie w Częstochowie jako elementu rozbudowy infrastruktury usług społecznych na terenie miasta. Zakres prac obejmuje przebudowę budynku w celu dostosowania do nowej funkcji. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną stworzone odpowiednie warunki dla realizacji zadań w zakresie wsparcia młodzieży i dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami i ich rodzin. W budynku zostaną utworzone sale rehabilitacyjne, terapeutyczne, sala pobytu dziennego dla dzieci i młodzieży w tym powyżej 18 roku życia przystosowujące ją do samodzielnego funkcjonowania, mieszkania chronione, które umożliwią osobom w nim przebywającym nabycie umiejętności do samodzielnego życia społecznego i zawodowego. Uzupełnieniem projektu będą działania realizowane oraz planowane do realizacji w ramach projektów dofinansowanych z EFS. (Polish)

The project involves the execution of a series of renovation and construction works in a degraded building at ul. Jasna Góra 34 for the needs of the Disabled Child Support Centre and His Family in Częstochowa as part of the expansion of the infrastructure of social services in the city. The scope of the works includes the refurbishment of the building in order to adapt to the new function. As a result of the implementation of the project, appropriate conditions will be created for the implementation of tasks in the field of support for young people and children with disabilities and their families. In the building, rehabilitation, therapeutic rooms, a living room for children and young people over the age of 18 will be created to adapt it to self-functioning, sheltered apartments, which will enable those staying there to acquire the skills for independent social and professional life. The project will be complemented by actions implemented and planned to be implemented as part of projects co-financed by the ESF. (English)
