Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie adaptacji pracowni RTG oraz zakup analogowego aparatu RTG wraz z ucyfrowieniem dwóch aparatów, zakupionego oraz jednego obecnie funkcjonującego w placówce. Działania te przyczynią się do podniesienia wydajności leczenia chorób cywilizacyjnych w zakresie nowotworów dla Samodzielnego Publicznego Zespołu Opieki Zdrowotnej ZOZ zlokalizowanego w Głuchołazach (powiat nyski, województwo opolskie). Projekt poprawi nie tylko wydajność ale także jakość świadczeń medycznych w obszarze onkologii. Działania zostały uzasadnione z punktu widzenia rzeczywistego zapotrzebowania na dany produkt. Wytworzona infrastruktura oraz zakupione wyroby medyczne, w tym ilość i parametry, będą adekwatne do zakresu udzielanych przez podmiot świadczeń opieki zdrowotnej. Produkty projektu będą umiejscowione w Pracowni RTG. Wnioskodawca w zakresie w/w pracowni świadczy usługi w ramach kontraktu z NFZ. Projekt stanowi samodzielną jednostkę analizy i obejmuje wszystkie zadania niezbędne do zapewnienia funkcjonalności i operacyjności infrastruktury po zakończeniu realizacji zakresu rzeczowego. Dla uruchomienia produktów projektu nie jest wymagana realizacja dodatkowych zadań inwestycyjnych nieuwzględnionych w zakresie rzeczowym. Produktami projektu będą: Liczba wspartych podmiotów leczniczych: 1 szt.; Nakłady inwestycyjne na zakup aparatury medycznej: 1 264 662,23 PLN; Liczba leczonych w podmiotach leczniczych objętych wsparciem: 12 000,00 osoby/rok. Rezultat projektu stanowi: Ludność objęta ulepszonymi usługami zdrowotnymi: 137 819 osób. Wnioskodawcą, Inwestorem, Beneficjentem projektu jest Samodzielny Publiczny Zespół Opieki Zdrowotnej ZOZ zlokalizowany w Głuchołazach. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the adaptation of the X-ray workshop and the purchase of an analogue x-ray apparatus together with the digitisation of two devices, purchased and one currently operating in the facility. These actions will contribute to improving the efficiency of treatment of civilisation diseases in the field of cancer for the Independent Public Health Care Team of ZOZ located in Głuchołazy (Nyski District, Opolskie Voivodeship). The project will improve not only the efficiency but also the quality of medical services in the field of oncology. The measures were justified from the point of view of the actual need for the product in question. The infrastructure manufactured and the medical devices purchased, including quantity and parameters, will be adequate to the scope of the healthcare services provided by the entity. The project products will be located in the X-ray Laboratory. In the scope of the above-mentioned workshop, the applicant provides services under a contract with the NFZ. The project is a stand-alone unit of analysis and covers all tasks necessary to ensure the functionality and operability of the infrastructure after completion of the material scope. Additional investment tasks not included in the material scope are not required for the launch of project products. The products of the project will be: Number of medicinal entities supported: 1 piece; Investment expenditure for the purchase of medical equipment: PLN 1 264 662,23; Number of treatments in supported medicinal entities: 12,000,00 persons/year. The result of the project is: Population covered by improved health services: 137,819 people. The Applicant, Investor and Beneficiary of the project is the Independent Public Health Care Team of ZOZ located in Głuchołazy. (English)
