GRUPA DOCELOWA:60os.(37K/23M)zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.,wyłącznie doświadczających wielokrot. wykluczenia, które uczą się lub zamieszkują w rozum.KC na obszarze pow.płockiego, sierpeckiego, przasnyskiego, ostrołęckiego, makowskiego, przysuskiego, szydłowieckiego, radomskiego i lipskiego , w gminach poniżej progu defaworyzacji określonego w Mazowieckim barometrze ubóstwa i wyklucz. społ.GD stanowić będą w 100%osoby pozostające bez pracy (35 osób bezrobotnych i 25 osób biernych zawodowo),pow.18.r.ż.,w tym min.37 kobiet,min.6 os.z niepełnosprawnościami.Uczestnicy projektu muszą należeć do kategorii os.wskazanych w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć w obszarze włącz.społ.i zwalczania ubóstwa z wykorzystaniem środków EFS i EFRR na lata 2014-2020.Uczestnikiem projektu może być osoba,która nie korzystała i nie korzysta ze wsparcia oferowanego w projektach pozakonkursowych wyłonionych w naborze RPMA.09.01.00- IP.01-14-079/19. Preferowane do objęcia wsparciem w ramach projektu są osoby korzystające z PO PŻ 2014-2020. ZADANIA:1.Diagnoza potrzeb i potencjałów uczestników(60os.);2.Poradnictwo specjalistyczne (psychologiczne/prawno-obywatelskie) (60os.);3.Trening kompetencji społecznych i życiowych(60 os.);4.Indywidualny coaching kariery(60 os.); 5.Szkolenia zawodowe (60os.);6.Kurs komputerowy (60os.); 7.Pośrednictwo pracy(60 os.); 8.Staże zawodowe(15 os.) REZULTATY:l.os.zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.,które po opuszczeniu programu:-uzyskały kwalifikacje-min.36os.;-poszukiwały pracy-min.15os.;-pracują(łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek)-min.18os. Cel:Zwiększenie of social-educational activity and employability of at least 85 % of 60 persons (37K/23M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, with characteristics consistent with the target group described below by implementing planned forms of support for project participants (UP) in the period 1 July 2020-31.08.2021. Group DOCELOWA:60os.(37K/23M)at risk of poverty or social exclusion,exclusively experiencing multiple exclusions, who learn or live in reason.KCs in the areas of Płocki, Sierpecki, Przasnyski, Ostroletsky, Makowski, Przysuski, Szydłowiecki, Radomski and Leipzig, in municipalities below the threshold of disadvantage set by the Mazovian poverty barometer and exclude them. The GD will be 100 % unemployed (35 unemployed and 25 inactive people), POW.18.r.z., including at least 37 women,min.6 people with disabilities.Participants of the project must belong to the category of persons indicated in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects in the field of inclusion and combating poverty with the use of ESF and ERDF funds for the period 2014-2020.The project participant may be a person who has not benefited from and does not benefit from the support offered in the non-competition projects selected in the vacancy RPMA.09.01.00- IP.01-14-079/19. The beneficiaries of the 2014-2020 OP are preferred to be supported under the project.
