Projekt pn: Rozwój jakościowy płońskiego obszaru funkcjonalnego, w tym rewitalizacja przestrzeni architektonicznej, kulturowej i krajobrazu realizowany będzie w Płońsku, w powiecie płońskim. Zakres rzeczowy projektu dotyczy następujących zadań inwestycyjnych: Rewitalizacja placu 15 Sierpnia oraz Małego Rynku przy ul. 19-go Stycznia w Płońsku wraz z elementami małej architektury i projektem zieleni; Zmiana sposobu użytkowania istniejącego budynku mieszkalnego na budynek – centrum informacji turystycznej, budowę parkingów w rynku (w projekcie ujęto jako koszty niekwalifikowane); Przebudowa ulicy Warszawskiej wraz z małą architekturą w Płońsku ( w projekcie ujęto jako koszty niekwalifikowane). W ramach projektu pełniony będzie nadzór inwestorski oraz zostanie prowadzona na bieżąco promocja projektu. Realizację projektu zaplanowano w latach 2018-2019. Głównym celem projektu jest rozwój infrastruktury technicznej na obszarach rewitalizowanych w celu ich aktywizacji społecznej i gospodarczej. Zaplanowane zadania w ramach projektu zlokalizowane są w centrum miasta, w części miasta najważniejszej i wizytowej. Aktualnie obszar ten odznacza się wysokim poziomem degradacji technicznej zarówno w obszarze infrastruktury jak i dotyczy również budynków. Rewitalizacja przestrzeni miejskiej, w tym otwarcie pasażu w rynku skutkować będzie pobudzeniem działalności gospodarczej o charakterze usługowo-handlowym w obszarze oddziaływania projektu, a co za tym idzie utworzeniem nowych miejsc pracy. Dodatkowo rewitalizowana przestrzeń miejska będzie wykorzystywana podczas różnych wydarzeń miejskich o charakterze kulturalnym, rozrywkowym i rekreacyjnym. Grupą docelową stanowić będą przede wszystkim mieszkańcy Płońska, powiatu płońskiego, województwa mazowieckiego oraz turyści i goście z Polski i zagranicy którzy odwiedzać będą piękne i historyczne miasto Płońsk. Project entitled: The qualitative development of the functional area of Płońsk, including the revitalisation of architectural, cultural and landscape space will be carried out in Płońsk, Płońsk County. The substantive scope of the project concerns the following investment tasks: Revitalisation of 15 August Square and Little Market Square at ul. 19th January in Płońsk with elements of small architecture and green design; Changing the use of an existing residential building into a building – a tourist information centre, building car parks in the market (ineligible costs in the project); Reconstruction of Warsaw Street together with a small architecture in Płońsk (ineligible costs). As part of the project, investor supervision will be carried out and the project promotion will be carried out on an ongoing basis. The project is planned to be implemented in 2018-2019. The main objective of the project is the development of technical infrastructure in areas revitalised for their social and economic activation. The planned tasks of the project are located in the city centre, in the most important part of the city and in the visiting part of the city. At present, this area is characterised by a high level of technical degradation both in the area of infrastructure and also for buildings. The revitalisation of urban space, including the opening of the passage to the market, will stimulate economic activity of a service and commercial nature in the area of impact of the project and thus create new jobs. In addition, the revitalised urban space will be used at various cultural, entertainment and recreational urban events. The target group will be residents of Płońsk, Płońsk district, Mazowieckie Voivodeship and tourists and visitors from Poland and abroad who will visit the beautiful and historical city of Płońsk.
