Celem głównym projektu jest zmniejszenie lub wyeliminowanie zagrożenia zachorowania na boleriozę oraz zwiększenie odsetka wykrywalności zakażeń Borrelia burgdorferi wśród 5.000 (2.000 K i 3.000 M) mieszkańców woj. lubelskiego, zwłaszcza wśród osób wykonujących zawody, które są szczególnie narażone na ryzyko ugryzienia kleszcza, tj. rolnicy, leśnicy, myśliwi – cel zostanie osiągnięty do 31.12.2021 r.. Projekt dotyczy typu określonego w SZOOP w punkcie 2 lit.a., tj.: regionalne programy zdrowotne (w tym tworzone i realizowane we współpracy z pracodawcą) obejmujące także działania zwiększające zgłaszalność na badania profilaktyczne. W ramach projektu zaplanowano realizację dwóch zadań merytorycznych:Działania informacyjno – edukacyjne;Badania przesiewowe. Wnioskodawca zamierza osiągnąć wskazane w części C.3.1.1. wskaźniki rezultatu i projektu, tj.:Liczba osób, które dzięki interwencji EFS zgłosiły się na badanie profilaktyczne [5.000 os.];Liczba wdrożonych programów zdrowotnych istotnych z punktu widzenia potrzeb zdrowotnych regionu, w tym pracodawców [1 szt.];Liczba osób objętych programem zdrowotnym dzięki EFS [5.000 os.]. W projekcie weźmie udział: 5.000 os. w tym 500 bez podejrzenia choroby (4.500 os. u których istnieje ryzyko choroby). (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to reduce or eliminate the risk of bolerosis and to increase the detection rate of Borrelia burgdorferi infections among the 5,000 (2,000 K and 3.000 M) inhabitants of the Lublin Voivodeship, especially among professionals who are particularly exposed to the risk of tick bite, i.e. farmers, foresters and hunters – the target will be achieved by 31.12.2021. The design relates to the type defined in SZOOP in point 2(a), i.e.: regional health programmes (including those set up and implemented in cooperation with the employer) including activities to increase reporting for preventive research. As part of the project, two tasks are planned: Information and Education; Screening. The applicant intends to achieve the result and project indicators indicated in part C.3.1.1., i.e.:Number of persons who, thanks to ESF intervention, have applied for a preventive survey [5.000 per];Number of health programmes implemented relevant to the health needs of the region, including employers [1 pcs];Number of persons covered by the health programme thanks to the ESF [5.000 per]. The project will be attended by: 5,000 people including 500 without suspicion of disease (4,500 people who are at risk of disease). (English)
