Cel: zwiększenie aktywności społ. i zawod. 20 osób zagr.ubóstwem lub wykl.społ., pozost.bez zatrudnienia, w wieku 18-67 l. z WŁ -powiat kutnowski- prowadzące do powrotu na rynek pracy oraz integracji ze społeczeństwem poprzez realizację indywidualnie dobranych, kompleksowych ścieżek reintegracji w okr. 01.01.2020-31.12.2020. Grupa docelowa: 100% UP to os.zagr.ubóstwem lub wykl.społ., min. 50% UP-ON w um./zn.stopniu,niep.sprzęż/zaburz.psych. - os. do 18 roku życia nie będą stanowić więcej niż 25%. Działania: 1. Opracowanie IŚR – 4h/UP Cel: diagnoza sytuacji problemowej. 2. Coaching 14h/UP Cel: wsparcie mentalne uczestników oraz zminimalizowanie negatywnych skutków związanych z wykl.społ.,ubóstwem,bezrobociem i niepełn. 3. Specjalistyczne wsparcie doradcze 12h/UP Cel: przełamanie indyw.barier w aktywizacji społ. 4. Poradnictwo zawod. 8h/UP- Cel: podniesienie aktywności zawod. UP, ułatwienie kontaktu z pracodawcami 5. Ind.dobrane szkolenia śr.100h, max. 2 miesiące Cel: podniesienie umiejętności zawodowych UP w odniesieniu do zbadanych luk kompetencyjnych 6. Pośredn.pracy 12h/UP Cel: zwiększenie możliwości podj.zatrudnienia 7. Staże - 3 miesiące/UP Cel: zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego i integracja społeczna Dzięki ww. wsparciu znacznie wzrosną szanse UP na aktywiz. zawod. i społ. i na zdobycie zatrudn., a to przyczyni się do osiągn. celu szcz. RPO WŁ. Projekt będzie realizowany także na obszarach rewitalizacji i wynika z Programu Rewitalizacji Miasta Kutna 2015 – 2023 realizując określony w Programi Cel strategiczny 1:„Zapobieganie dalszemu i zniwelowanie już istniejącego wykluczenia społecznego” wpisując się w Działanie 1.1.„Przeciwdziałanie wykluczeniu społ.i zawodowemu mieszkańców rewitalizowanego terenu” poprzez przywrócenie zdolności do prawidłowego wypełniania ról społ., podniesienie kwalifikacji zawod., poszerzenie wiedzy i umiejętności w celu uzyskania zatrudnienia; rozwój kompetencji społecznych. Target group: 100 % UP is about poverty or misconduct, min. 50 % UP-ON in um./n.degree,increase/disorder.psych. — persons up to the age of 18 will not account for more than 25 %. Actions: 1. Development IMS – 4h/UP Objective: diagnosis of the problem situation. 2. Coaching 14h/UP Objective: mental support of participants and minimisation of the negative effects associated with vacancy, poverty, unemployment and incompleteness. 3. Specialised advisory support 12h/UP Objective: breaking the indivis.barrier in the activation of the community. 4. Counselling profession. 8h/UP- Purpose: raising the activity of the profession. Up, facilitate contact with employers 5. Ind.selected trainings ed.100h, max. 2 months Objective: improving the professional skills of the PA in relation to the skills gaps examined 6. Work 12h/UP Purpose: increase the employability of 7. Traineeships – 3 months/UP Objective: gaining professional experience and social integration Thanks to the above-mentioned support, the chances of UP for activism and social activity and to gain trouble will significantly increase, and this will contribute to achieving the goal of luck. ROP ITALY The project will also be implemented in revitalisation areas and results from the Kutna Urban Regeneration Programme 2015-2023 by implementing the Strategic Objective 1: “Preventing further and eliminating existing social exclusion” as defined in the Programme, in line with Action 1.1. “Addressing social exclusion and professional exclusion of residents of the revitalised area” by restoring the ability to properly fulfil social roles, improving the qualifications of the profession, broadening knowledge and skills in order to obtain employment; development of social competences.
