Wnioskodawca w ramach przedmiotowego projektu utworzy w nowo powstałym żłobku przy ul. Poznańskiej w Inowrocławiu 30 nowych miejsc. Celem projektu jest powrót na rynek pracy 30 osób pełniących funkcje opiekuńcze nad dziećmi do lat 3, zamieszkujących/pracujących/uczących się wp. inowrocławskim, m. Inowrocławiu poprzez utworzenie 30 nowych miejsc opieki i sfinansowanie bieżącej opieki dla 30 dzieci w żłobku w Inowrocławiu. Dzięki realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte następujące kluczowe wskaźniki produktu: -liczba osób opiekujących się dziećmi do lat 3 objętych wsparciem w programie- 30 os.; -liczba utworzonych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 - 30 szt. Kluczowe wskaźniki rezultatu: -liczba osób, które powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka lub utrzymały zatrudnienie, po opuszczeniu programu 22 szt.; -liczba osób pozostających bez pracy, które znalazły pracę lub poszukują pracy po opuszczeniu programu -8 os. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią mieszkańcy Miasta Inowrocław oraz cały powiat inowrocławski: 1) osoby bezrobotne lub osoby bierne zawodowo pozostające poza rynkiem pracy ze względu na obowiązek opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 / 8 os.; 2) osoby pracujące, sprawujące opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 /22 osób. W celu realizacji projektu opieką zostanie objęte 30 dzieci w wieku do lat 3, dla opieki nad którymi zostanie zaangażowanych 6 opiekunów, 1 logopeda oraz 1 pielęgniarka. W ramach proj. zostanie zrealizowane Zadanie 1 „Utworzenie 30 nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 w żłobku” oraz Zadanie 2 „Bieżące funkcjonowanie nowo utworzonych miejsc opieki w żłobku”. The applicant will be set up in a newly created nursery at ul. Poznańska in Inowrocław 30 new places. The aim of the project is to re-enter the labour market of 30 people with care functions for children up to 3 years of age living/working/learning in the Inowrocław region, including Inowrocław by creating 30 new places of care and financing the current care for 30 children in the Inowrocław crèche. The project will achieve the following key output indicators: —the number of people taking care of children up to 3 years of age supported under the programme – 30 persons; —number of childcare facilities created for children under 3-30 years of age. Key result indicators: —number of people who have returned to the labour market after a break related to the birth/earning of a child or who have remained in employment after leaving the programme 22; —number of unemployed people who have found a job or are looking for a job after leaving the programme -8 people. The target group of the project is the residents of the City of Inowrocław and the whole district of Inowrocław: 1) unemployed or inactive persons outside the labour market due to the obligation to care for children up to 3/8 years of age; 2) persons working, caring for children up to 3/22 years of age. In order to implement the project, 30 children under 3 years of age will be taken care of, with 6 carers, 1 speech therapist and 1 nurse involved. As part of the project, Task 1 “Creation of 30 new places of care for children under 3 years of age in the crèche” and Task 2 “The functioning of newly created nursery facilities” will be realised.
