Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest przebudowa i wyposażenie budynku Domu Pomocy Społecznej na działce nr 548/4 położonej w miejscowości Kamień Krajeński. Zaplanowano kompleksową adaptację wraz z wyposażeniem II piętra (budynku B) na cele 1 mieszkania chronionego wspieranego przeznaczonego dla 4 pensjonariuszy. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje wykonanie prac przygotowawczych, robót budowlanych bezpośrednio związanych z adaptacją II piętra budynku B na cele 1 mieszkania chronionego, nadzór inwestorski nad pracami budowlanymi, zakup niezbędnego wyposażenia oraz promocję projektu. The object of this project is the reconstruction and fitting-out of the Social Welfare House building on plot No 548/4 located in Kamień Krajeński. A comprehensive adaptation with equipment for the second floor (building B) for the purpose of 1 protected apartment supported for 4 residents is planned. The material scope of the project includes the execution of preparatory works, construction works directly related to the adaptation of the second floor of building B for the purpose of 1 protected apartment, investor supervision over the construction works, the purchase of the necessary equipment and the promotion of the project.
