Przedmiotowy projekt polega na stworzeniu unikalnego w skali Polski produktu sieciowego z zakresu działalności pokrewnych wobec medycyny. Analizowany projekt przewiduje tworzenie i rozwój nowego, unikatowego w swej konfiguracji produktu sieciowego - Centrum Rehabilitacyjne Dla Dzieci i Młodzieży ZDROWA GŁOWA. Będzie to miejsce, w którym będą mogły rozwijać się dzieci ze spektrum zaburzeń autystycznych, jak też deficytami, chorobami cywilizacyjnymi, jednostki silnie zindywidualizowane (dzieci nie wpisujące się w system szkolnictwa) oraz dzieci zdrowe. Zadaniem Centrum jest łamanie barier po obu stronach – dzieci deficytowych i zdrowych, edukacja i rekreacja oraz terapia. Dzieci deficytowe będą prowadzone w kierunku minimalizacji zaburzeń poprzez różnego rodzaju działania terapeutyczne, do lepszego funkcjonowania w otaczającym je świecie. Ponadto zadaniem jest włączenie młodego człowieka w jak największym stopniu w normalne życie, uczestnictwo w rynku pracy, wolontariacie, ale także nauka samodzielności, funkcjonowania w innych środowiskach niż dom rodzinny. Projekt skupiony jest wokół ww. Centrum, które zlokalizowane będzie w Fijewie (gmina Lubawa, województwo warmińsko-mazurskie). Przedmiotowe przedsięwzięcie realizowane będzie przez konsorcjum składające się z 3 podmiotów, tj.: a) FUNDACJA ROZWOJU WARMII I MAZUR, która pełni rolę Lidera Projektu b) GRZEGORZ WIERZBOWSKI PPHU BIOTERM c) ZDZISŁAW WIERZBOWSKI LUBAWSKIE PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWO BUDOWLANE Projekt Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje łącznie inwestycje w spójną infrastrukturę produktów sieciowych, wdrożenie jednolitych standardów funkcjonowania i promocji produktu, a także rozwiązań IT. W ramach projektu przewiduje się wsparcie w zakresie tworzenia i rozwoju produktu sieciowego w obszarze wpisującym się w zakres regionalnych inteligentnych specjalizacji wspólnych dla przynajmniej dwóch województw Polski Wschodniej (tj. obszar „Turystyka, medycyna, zdrowie”). The project consists of creating a unique network product in Poland in the field of activities related to medicine. The analysed project envisages the creation and development of a new, unique in its configuration network product – Rehabilitation Centre for Children and Youth HEALTH HEALTH. It will be a place where children from the spectrum of autistic disorders, as well as deficits, civilisation diseases, highly individualised individuals (children who do not fit into the education system) and healthy children will be able to develop. The Centre’s task is to break barriers on both sides – deficit and healthy children, education and recreation and therapy. Deficit children will be led in the direction of minimising disorders through various types of therapeutic actions, to better function in the surrounding world. In addition, the task is to involve young people as much as possible in normal life, participation in the labour market, volunteering, but also learning to be independent and functioning in environments other than family homes. The project is focused on the above. The centre, which will be located in Fijewa (municipality of Lubawa, Warmińsko-Mazurskie province). The project will be implemented by a consortium of 3 entities, i.e.: a) FOUNDATION OF WARM AND MAZUR DEVELOPMENT, which acts as Project Leader b) GRZEGORZ Wierzbowski PPHU BIOTERM c) ZDZISŁAW Wierzbowski Lubawskie PRODSIBIORSTWO BUDOWLANE Project The material scope of the project includes investments in coherent infrastructure of network products, implementation of uniform standards of functioning and product promotion, as well as IT solutions. The project provides support for the creation and development of a network product in an area falling within the scope of regional smart specialisations common to at least two voivodships of Eastern Poland (i.e. the area ‘Tourism, medicine, health’).
