Projekta mērķis ir Valkas pilsētas degradētās teritorijas atjaunošana, atbilstoši pašvaldības attīstības programmai, lai veicinātu ilgtspējīgas ražošanas teritorijas izveidošanu un uzņēmējdarbības attīstību, palielinātu privātās investīcijas, sekmētu nodarbinātību un ekonomisko aktivitāti pašvaldībā. Projekta ietvaros plānota divas aktivitātes: ražošanas teritorijas izveidošana Varoņu ielā 37A, 39A, Valkā un Parka ielas seguma atjaunošana (2.kārta).Projekta ietvaros atjaunotā degradētā teritorija nodrošinās šādu iznākuma rādītāju rašanos:-Atjaunota Valkas pilsētas degradētā teritorija 3,9189 ha platībā, kas pielāgota jaunu komersantu izveidošanai un / vai esošo komersantu paplašināšanai.-Jaunizveidotas 45 darbavietas atjaunotajā degradētajā teritorijā.-Atjaunotajā degradētajā teritorijā esošie komersanti veikuši nefinanšu investīcijas pašu nemateriālajos ieguldījumos un pamatlīdzekļos 2 600 000 EUR apmērā.Projekta īstenošanas laiks no 2017.gada jūlijs līdz 2019.gada novembrim.Projekta kopējās izmaksas 3 836 395,64 EUR, t.sk., attiecināmās izmaksas 3 286 368,03 EUR un neattiecināmās izmaksas 550 027,61. EUR. 2 595 572,35 EUR ir ERAF finansējums, 137 412,65 EUR valsts budžeta dotācija un Valkas novada domes līdzfinansējums 553 383,03 EUR attiecināmajām izmaksām un 550 027,61 EUR neattiecināmajām izmaksām. The aim of the project is to restore degraded territory of Valka city, in accordance with the municipality’s development programme, in order to promote sustainable production area and business development, increase private investments, promote employment and economic activity in the municipality. Within the framework of the project two activities are planned: Construction of industrial territory at Varoņu iela 37A, 39A, Valka and restoration of Parka Street cover (2nd stage).Reconstructed degraded area within the project will ensure the emergence of the following output indicators:-Reconstructed degraded area of Valka city with an area of 3.9189 ha adapted for setting up new merchants and/or expansion of existing merchants.-New 45 jobs in the restored degraded area with an area of 3.9189 ha, the total costs of the year enterprises to build up and/or expansion of existing merchants.-News 45 jobs in the restored degraded area of the city.-Renewed in the degraded territory, the total cost of the year, the total costs of the project, and the non-financial investment in the 2017th project. EUR 2595572,35 is ERDF funding, EUR 137412,65 state budget grant and Valka Municipality Council co-financing of EUR 553383,03 for eligible costs and EUR 550027,61 for ineligible costs. (English)
