Projekta mērķis ir Madonas novada industriālās teritorijas revitalizācija, reģenerējot degradēto teritoriju atbilstoši Madonas novada attīstības programmai 2013.-2020.gadam, nodrošinot videi draudzīgu un vides ilgtspēju veicinošu teritoriālo izaugsmi, radot jaunas darba vietas, piesaistot nefinanšu investīcijas, izbūvējot laukumus un noliktavu ēkas Sauleskalnā un pārbūvējot tipogrāfijas ēku par biznesa attīstības centru Madonas pilsētā. Izbūvētie laukumi, noliktavu ēkas un pārbūvētā tipogrāfijas ēka nodrošinās pamata infrastruktūru, kas ir būtisks priekšnoteikums uzņēmumu attīstībai un ienākšanai teritorijā.Projekta plānotās darbības kvalificējas kā valsts atbalsts ēku un teritoriju infrastruktūrai (atbilstoši MK noteikumu 19.2.2. apakšpunktam, ja ēku/teritoriju plānots iznomāt):1. Būvdarbi industriālās zonas, biznesa attīstības centra un uzņēmējdarbības infrastruktūras izveidei Madonas novadā:1.1. laukuma izbūve Bērzaunes pagasta Sauleskalnā - īpašumā "Strauti" (adreses - Kārļa iela 1B, Kārļa iela 7, Kārļa iela 9) 2,5432 ha, plānots nodot nomā komersantiem 1.2. noliktavas jaunbūve Bērzaunes pagasta Sauleskalnā Kārļa ielā 9, platība 0,1554 ha, plānots nodot nomā komersantiem 1.3. noliktavas (0,19255 ha) un nojumes (0,03013 ha) jaunbūve un laukuma (1,2781 ha) izbūve Bērzaunes pagasta Sauleskalnā, Raiņa ielā 2, plānots nodot nomā komersantiem 1.4. Biznesa attīstības centrs Madonā, Saieta laukumā 2, ADT platība kopā 0,2633 ha, uzņēmējdarbībai paredzētās telpas plānots nodot nomā komersantiem 2. Būvuzraudzība visiem augstāk minētajiem projektiem, kopā 2 līgumi3. Zemes iegāde industriālās zonas izveidei 7,1067 haŠī projekta ietvaros tiks atjaunota uzņēmējdarbībai piemērota teritorija 5,8017 ha platībā, potenciāla attīstības teritorija rūpnieciskajai ražošanai un industriālajai apbūvei.Plānotā projekta iznākuma rādītāji – 46 jaunas darba vietas un 4 378 995 EUR nefinanšu investīcijas.Kopējais plānotais projekta budžets ir 8 453718,27 EUR, plānotais ERAF atbalsta apjoms ir 3384521,84 EUR (61,5%).Projekta ilgums ir 29 mēneši. The aim of the project is revitalisation of Madona region industrial territory by regenerating degraded territory in accordance with Madona Municipality Development Programme 2013-2020, ensuring environmentally friendly and environmental sustainability-friendly territorial growth, creating new jobs, attracting non-financial investments, building squares and warehouse buildings in Sauleskalns and rebuilding the printing house into a business development centre in Madona. The built squares, warehouse buildings and the rebuilt printing house will provide basic infrastructure, which is an essential prerequisite for the development and entry of enterprises.The planned activities of the project qualify as State support for the infrastructure of buildings and territories (in accordance with Section 19.2.2 of the Cabinet Regulation, if the building/territory is to be rented):1. Construction works for the industrial zone, business development centre and business infrastructure in Madona municipality: construction of 1.1 square in Bērzaunes parish in Sauleskalns – property “strauti” (addresses – Kārļa iela 1B, Kārļa iela 7, Kārļa iela 9) 2,5432 ha, it is planned to rent a new building of a warehouse in Berzaune in Sauleskalns street 9, territory 0.1554 ha, Kārļa iela 9, 2.5432 ha, will be rented out to merchants. Business Development Centre in Madona, Saieta Square 2, ADT total area 0.2633 ha, business premises are planned to be rented to merchants 2. Construction supervision for all the above projects, a total of 2 contracts3. Land purchase for the establishment of industrial zone 7.1067 ha Within the framework of this project an area of 5.8017 ha suitable for business will be restored, potential development area for industrial production and industrial building.The results of the plan – 46 new jobs and EUR 4378995 non-financial investments.The total planned budget for the project is EUR 8453718.27, the planned amount of ERDF support is EUR 3384521.84 (61.5 %).The duration of the project is 29 months.
