Projekta “Energoefektivitātes paaugstināšana Daugavpils pilsētas pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē Nr.28 - Liepājas ielā 37, Daugavpilī” apraksts” ietvaros ir paredzēta iestādes ēkas pārbūve energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas nodrošināšanai. Projekta mērķis: sekmēt Daugavpils pilsētas 28.pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes ēkas Liepājas ielā 37 energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu, samazinot primārās enerģijas patēriņu.Projekta galvenās darbības:•Projekta pamatojošās dokumentācijas izstrādāšanaoBūvprojekta izstrāde;oBūvprojekta ekspertīzes veikšana.•Būvdarbu veikšanaoĀrējās fasādes nosiltināšana;oCokola siltināšana;oJumta pārsegumu nosiltināšana;oPagraba pārsegumu nosiltināšana;oVentilācijas sistēmas izbūve;oApkures sistēmas rekonstrukcija;oApgaismojuma nomaiņa.•Autoruzraudzība•Būvuzraudzība•Projekta publicitātes nodrošināšana•Būves nodošana ekspluatācijāProjekta ilgums: projekta aktivitātes tika uzsāktas 2016.gadā, pirms vienošanās par projekta īstenošanu parakstīšanas. Projekta īstenošana nodrošinās pašvaldības izglītības pakalpojumu kvalitāti un šo iestāžu energoefektivitātes palielināšanu, kā arī uzlabos ēku ārējo izskatu un pilsētvides pievilcību.Plānotais projekta īstenošanas ilgums: 30 mēneši.Darbi tika uzsākti 2016.gada 17.augustā, kad tika noslēgts līgums par būvprojekta minimāla sastāvā, būvprojekta izstrādi un autoruzraudzību būvobjektam “28. pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes ēkas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšana, vides pieejamības prasību nodrošināšana”.Projekta kopējās izmaksas: EUR 1 023 432.42, t.sk.attiecināmās izmaksas EUR 478 954.66, t.sk. ERAF finansējums ir EUR 388 959.51Projekta plānotie rezultāti:•tiks samazināts primārās enerģijas patēriņš un siltumnīcefekta gāzu emisijas, sekmējot ilgtermiņā energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu un pašvaldības izdevumu samazināšanos par siltumapgādi, •tiks sasniegtas energoefektivitātes prasības atbilstoši Latvijas būvnormatīvā LBN 002-15 “Ēku norobežojošo konstrukciju siltumtehnika”. Project implementation will ensure the quality of municipal education services and increase the energy efficiency of these institutions, as well as improve the external appearance of buildings and attractiveness of the urban environment. 30 months.Works were started on August 17, 2016, when the contract on construction project’s minimum composition, development of construction project and author supervision of the construction object “28 energy efficiency improvement of preschool institution building, provision of environmental accessibility requirements” was signed.Project total costs: EUR 1 023 432.42, of which eligible costs EUR 478 954.66, of which: ERDF funding is EUR 388 959.51Project’s planned results:•The primary energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions will be reduced, contributing to the long-term improvement of energy efficiency and reduction of municipal expenditure on heating, • the energy efficiency requirements will be achieved in accordance with the Latvian building norm LBN 002-15 “Heat engineering of building envelopes”.
