Projekta mērķis: SIA "Tenisa centrs "Lielupe"" ēkai Oskara Kalpaka prospektā 16, Jūrmalā energoefektivitātes paaugstināšana, nodrošinot ēkas fasāžu siltumtehnisko rādītāju uzlabošanos, samazinot ēkas siltuma zudumus caur tās norobežojošām konstrukcijām, veicot pilnu apkures sistēmas rekonstrukciju, tādējādi paaugstinot apkures sistēmas efektivitāti. Esošā apgaismojuma nomaiņu telpās pret energoefektīvu apgaismojumu, tādējādi samazinot enerģijas patēriņu, uzlabojot ēkas vizuālo izskatu, tādejādi palielinot ēkas nesošo konstrukciju ilgmūžību un ēkas ekspluatācijas laiku.Projekta ietvaros plānotās darbības ir tieši vērstas uz šī mērķa izpildi.Tiks veikta ēkas nesiltināto fasāžu renovācija atbilstoši izstrādātajam būvprojektam, ēkas energosertifikātam un ņemot vērā ēkas tehniskās apsekošanas atzinumā fiksēto, tiks veikta ēkas nesiltināto fasāžu renovācija – cokola siltināšana, ārsienu sendvičpaneļu izbūve, logu un ārdurvju izbūve (esošo nomaiņa), jumta siltinājuma un seguma izbūve, kā arī inženiertīklu izbūve. Paredzēta energoefektīva apgaismojuma izbūve un ventilācijas sistēma ar siltuma atgūšanu. Pēc ēkas norobežojošo konstrukciju izbūves paredzēts blīvuma tests (Blower-door), ēkas norobežojošo konstrukciju blīvuma kontrolei (sasniedzamā vērtība n50 = 0.2 1/h) .Projekts tiek īstenots saskaņā ar SIA “Tenisa centrs “Lielupe”” Vidēja termiņa darbības stratēģiju 2016. – 2020.gadam. Lai nodrošinātu 2018.gada 4.janvāra Ministru kabineta noteikumos Nr.13 „Darbības programmas "Izaugsme un nodarbinātība" 4.2.1.specifiskā atbalsta mērķa "Veicināt energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu valsts un dzīvojamās ēkās" 4.2.1.2.pasākuma "Veicināt energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu valsts ēkās" otrās projektu iesniegumu atlases kārtas īstenošanas noteikumi” (turpmāk – SAM 4.2.1.2. īstenošanas noteikumi) noteiktā specifiskā mērķa sasniegšanu, SIA “Tenisa centrs “Lielupe”” plāno veikt šādus būvdarbus:-ēkas sienu siltināšanu;-jumta siltumizolācijas ierīkošana;-veco esošo logu maiņa pret jauniem PVC logu blokiem;-veco ārdurvju maiņa pret jauniem durvju blokiem;-apkures sistēmas rekonstrukcija, uzstādot jaunus radiatorus un termoregulatorus; -siltummezgla izbūve;-vadības un automatizācijas sistēmas izbūve ventilācijas, apkures, elektroapgādes sistēmām un siltummezglam un jaunas ventilācijas sistēmas izbūve;-veikta esošā apgaismojuma nomaiņa pret energoefektīvu apgaismojumu.Projekta īstenošanas vieta - Oskara Kalpaka prospektā 16, JūrmalāProjekta ilgums: trīs mēneši no projekta līguma noslēgšanas. Ar projekta iesnieguma sagatavošanu saistītās darbības uzsāktas 2017.gada februāri, kad tika veikts ēkas tehniskās apsekošanas atzinums un energoaudits SIA "Tenisa centrs "Lielupe"" ēkai Oskara Kalpaka prospektā 16, Jūrmalā.Projekta kopējās izmaksas ir 11 206 287,82 EUR., t.sk.-Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda finansējums – 1 228 487,01 EUR; -attiecināmais valsts budžeta finansējums – 216 791,83 EUR;-neattiecināmās izmaksas – 9 761 008,98 EUR.Plānotie rezultāti: Projekta īstenošana nodrošinās, ka tiks sasniegti šādi rezultāti: -siltumenerģijas ietaupījums pēc projekta īstenošanas būs ne mazāks kā 31,43% gadā no ēkas energosertifikātā aprēķinātā siltumenerģijas patēriņa pirms projekta īstenošanas; -siltumenerģijas patēriņš apkurei pēc projekta īstenošanas, pamatojoties uz ēkas energosertifikātā veiktajiem aprēķiniem un projekta tehniskajā dokumentācijā paredzētajiem būvdarbiem nepārsniegs 58,12 kWh/m2 gadā;-primārās enerģijas gada patēriņa samazinājums - 183,238 MWh/gadā; -aprēķinātais siltumnīcefekta gāzu samazinājums - 23,84 CO2 ekvivalenta tonnas gadā. The aim of the project shall be: “Tenisa centrs "Lielupe" Ltd. for the Oskars Kalpaka prospekts building 16, improving energy efficiency in Jurmala, ensuring improvement of the building’s facade heat performance, reducing heat losses of the building through its enclosing structures, carrying out full reconstruction of the heating system, thus increasing the efficiency of the heating system. The activities related to the preparation of the project application started in February 2017, when the technical survey of the building and the energy audit were carried out for the building "Tenisa centrs "Lielupe" Ltd. in Oskarsa Kalpaka prospekts 16, Jūrmala.The total cost of the project is EUR 11206287.82., incl. – European Regional Development Fund funding – EUR 1228487.01; — eligible national budget funding – EUR 216791,83;-ineligible costs – EUR 9761008,98. The implementation of the project will ensure that the following results will be achieved: Heat energy savings after project implementation will be no less than 31.43 % of the annual heat consumption calculated in the energy certificate of the building prior to implementation of the project; — the heat consumption for heating after the implementation of the project, on the basis of the calculations made in the energy certificate of the building and the works envisaged in the technical design documentation, shall not exceed 58,12 kWh/m² per year;--a reduction of annual primary energy consumption: 183,238 MWh/year; Estimated greenhouse gas reduction of 23.84 tonnes of CO2 equivalent per year.
