Projekta mērķis ir jaunas inovatīvu būvmateriālu ražotnes attīstība Jēkabpilī, uzņēmumā SIA “Jēkabpils PMK”.Projekta ietvaros tiks uzceltas ražošanas telpas 3003,5 m2 platībā, ražotne tiks aprīkota ar iekārtām (iekārtu iegāde nav daļa no šī projekta). Jaunajā ražotnē plānots izveidot 18 jaunas darba vietas.Projekts sākas 2019.gada jūlijā, jaunā ražotne tiks nodota ekspluatācijā līdz 2020.gada oktobra beigām un, pēc izmēģinājuma perioda gatavās produkcijas pārdošana sāksies 2020.gada novembrī. Projekta noslēgums ir 2021.gada 29.aprīlī.Kopīgās projekta izmaksas ir EUR 2 274 000, no kuriem būvniecības izmaksas (attiecināmās projekta izmaksas) ir EUR 1 634 000 un ražošanas iekārtu izmaksas (neattiecināmās izmaksas) ir EUR 640 000.Būvniecības izmaksas sedz CFLA ieguldījums: EUR 735 300 (45%), bankas kredīts: EUR 350 000 (21%) un pašu ieguldījums: EUR 548 700 (34%).Ražošanas iekārtu izmaksas sedz bankas kredīts EUR 150 000 un pašu ieguldījums EUR 490 000.Ražotnē tiks ražoti līmētās koksnes un kompozīta materiāli 12 produktu grupās. Tiks uzstādīta pirmā liela izmēra vakuumprese Latvijā, ļaujot ražot Latvijas tirgū nebijušus produktus, piemēram, izliektas līmētās koka plātnes, koksnes un siltinājuma kompozītus u.tml.Ražotnē tapušie būvmateriāli ēku būvniecībā daudzviet ļaus aizvietot videi nedraudzīgos dzelzsbetona būvmateriālus ar koksnes materiāliem, ne tikai neradot jaunas CO2 emisijas, bet pat piesaistot atmosfērā jau esošo ogļskābo gāzi. Līmētās koksnes materiāli (CLT plātnes, glulam materiāli) nodrošina augstu celtnes izturību, ugunsdrošību un, vienlaikus, ir vizuāli pievilcīgi. Šie materiāli potenciāli rada iespēju būvēt lētākas būves, jo krasi tiek samazināts būvniecības laiks, atvedot uz būvlaukumu jau gatavus moduļus, kurus var salikt dažu dienu laikā.Pieprasījums pēc līmētās koksnes un kompozīta būvmateriāliem starptautiskajā tirgū pārsniedz piedāvājumu. SIA “Jēkabpils PMK” ražotnes produkciju plānots pārdot Baltijas tirgū, kā arī eksportēt uz Vāciju, Zviedriju, Somiju un Norvēģiju. (Latvian)

The aim of the project is the development of a new production plant of innovative construction materials in Jekabpils, Ltd. “Jēkabpils PMK” Ltd. Within the project, production premises of 3003.5 m² will be built, the production unit will be equipped with equipment (acquisition of equipment is not part of this project). It is planned to create 18 new jobs in the new production unit.The project starts in July 2019, the new production unit will be put into operation by the end of October 2020 and after the pilot period the sales of finished products will start in November 2020. The total project costs are EUR 2 274 000, of which construction costs (eligible project costs) are EUR 1 634 000 and the cost of production equipment (ineligible costs) is EUR 640 000.Construction costs are covered by the CFLA contribution: EUR 735 300 (45 %), bank credit: EUR 350 000 (21 %) and own contribution: EUR 548 700 (34 %).The costs of production equipment are covered by bank credit EUR 150 000 and own contribution EUR 490 000.Made of glued wood and composite materials in 12 product groups will be produced. The first large-scale vacuumpress in Latvia will be installed, allowing the production of new products in the Latvian market, for example, convex glued wood panels, wood and insulation composites, etc.The construction materials created in the production of buildings in many places will allow replacing non-environmentally friendly reinforced concrete construction materials with wood materials, not only without creating new CO2 emissions, but even by attracting already existing carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Glued wood materials (CLT boards, smooth materials) ensure high strength of the building, fire safety and, at the same time, are visually appealing. These materials potentially make it possible to build cheaper buildings, as construction time is drastically reduced by bringing ready-made modules to the site within a few days.The demand for glued wood and composite construction materials exceeds the offer on the international market. “Jēkabpils PMK” Ltd. production is expected to be sold in the Baltic market, as well as export to Germany, Sweden, Finland and Norway.
