Šī projekta vispārējais merķis ir veicināt Latvijas tautsaimniecības izaugsmes stiprināšanu un viedās specializācijas stratēģijas mērķu sasniegšanu, investējos pētniecībā, inovācijas un to sekmēšanas pasākumos. Projekta specifiskais mērķis: adhezīva, korozijizturīga, viegli atkārtojuma, ekonomiski izdevīga un izturīga pret mikroplaisām un augstfrekveņču nogurumu pārklājuma izstrāde magnija komponentiem.Projektam atbilstošais NACE 2.red. kods: 25.61Projektā paredzēto pētniecības kategorija: tehniski ekonomiskā priekšizpēte un rūpnieciskais pētījums.Projekts ir saistīts ar saimniecisko darbību.Šāda tehnoloģija ļautu Latvijas uzņēmumiem piedāvāt principāli efektīvāku magnija komponentu pārklājumu pieeju Eiropā, kā arī efektīvi konkurēt pasaules tehnoloģiju izstrādes ražošanas tirgū. Projekts atbilsts viedās specializācijas jomai: viedie materiāli, tehnoloģijas un inženiersistēmas.Projektu plānots realizēt 24 mēnešu laikā, no oktobra 2020 līdz septembrim 2022, un sasniegt šādus rezultātus:- magnija komponentu pārklājuma izstrāde PVD un/vai PEO metodē, kas nodrošinās izturību pret augstfrekveņču vibrāciju nogurumu, adhezivitāti, korozijizturību, vieglu atkārtojamību, ekeonomisko izdevību un izturību pret mikroplaisām augsta un ilglaicīga stresa apstākļos.Projekta rezultātus plānots izplatīt konferencēs un publikācijās.Plānotās projekta kopējās īstenošanas izmaksas: 555 181 EURPlānotais ERAF atbalsta apjoms: 388 626,7 EURAtslēgvārdi: pārklājumi, PEO, PVD, magnija sakausējumu detaļu pārklājumi (Latvian)

The general aim of this project is to contribute to strengthening the growth of the Latvian economy and achieving the goals of the smart specialisation strategy, investing in research, innovation and promotion measures. The specific objective of the project shall be: Development of magnesium components adhesive, corrosion resistant, easy to replicate, economically viable and resistant to microcracks and high frequency fatigue. 25.61Category of research envisaged by the project: Technically economic feasibility study and industrial research.The project is related to economic activity.Such technology would allow Latvian companies to offer principally more efficient coating of magnesium components in Europe, as well as to compete effectively in the global technology development production market. The project will be in the field of smart specialisation: Smart materials, technologies and engineering systems.The project is planned to be implemented within 24 months, from October 2020 to September 2022, and to achieve the following results: – the development of coating of magnesium components in the PVD and/or PEO method, which will provide resistance to high frequency vibration fatigue, adhesivity, corrosion resistance, easy repeatability, ekeonomic opportunity and resistance to microcracks under high and long-term stress conditions.
