Inclusive Business Sweden intends to support the region’s internationalisation efforts by supporting SMEs’ (SMF) opportunities to reach new development and growth markets. The goal of the project is that more small and medium-sized companies in the region do business with or operate in emerging and developing countries. This will be made possible both by developing and launching an Acceleration Programme aimed at SMEs with growth potential in the region, partly through increased collaboration between important actors in West Sweden and partly through study trips to Kenya, Rwanda and Bangladesh for increased local contact areas. The project clearly integrates sustainability and will also increase the exchange of experiences between West Sweden and Denmark through collaboration with a corresponding organisation in Denmark called Access2Innovation.
