Det övergripande målet med projektet är att den tillverkande industrin ökar sin konkurrenskraft och lönsamhet genom omställning till en allt mer attraktiv, hållbar och cirkulär verksamhet. Detta ska genomföras genom att ge halländska små och medelstora företag (SMF) möjlighet till ett samlat insatsarbete med starkare helhetsgrepp vilket har saknats i IUC Halland tidigare. Insatser kommer riktas del mot IUC-bolagen för utveckling av arbetssätt och kunskapsöverföring mellan IUC-bolagen, dels mot halländska SMF med fokus på tillämpning av de nya analysmetoderna. Anpassning av analysverktyg, nätverksträffar, workshops, seminarier och coachning kommer ske. Insatserna ämnar leda till förbättrat nyttjande av befintliga resurser och strukturer både regionalt och interregionalt. (Swedish)

The overall goal of the project is to increase the manufacturing industry’s competitiveness and profitability through a transition to increasingly attractive, sustainable and circular operations. This will be carried out by giving Halland SMEs (SMF) the opportunity to work together with a stronger overall approach, which has previously been lacking in IUC Halland. Efforts will be directed towards IUC companies for the development of working methods and knowledge transfer between the IUC companies, and at the Halland SMEs with a focus on the application of the new methods of analysis. Customisation of analysis tools, network meetings, workshops, seminars and coaching will take place. The efforts aim to improve the use of existing resources and structures both regionally and interregionally. (English)
