É uma operação infraestrutural cujo objeto é o quartel de bombeiros voluntários de Guimarães e tem por objetivo contribuir para o incremento da eficácia de atuação do Corpo de Bombeiros CB), diminuindo o seu tempo de resposta às ocorrências. Este objetivo será atingido através da realização de obras de remodelação nos espaços operacionais do quartel, refuncionalizando-os e dotando-os das valências necessárias ao suporte das atividades do CB.
