Following the aims of POISE and taking advantage of the training experience potential of Knowit, a training entity integrated in the northern business environment for 15 years, we propose a training project that is to respond to the training and qualification needs of employees and unemployed, enhancing the maintenance of employability or re-entry into the labor market. Through partnerships we promote relocated training outside the major centres. (English)
