A operação configura um investimento para melhoria e aumento do acesso das populações de alguns aglomerados habitacionais no concelho de Espinho a serviços de SAR de elevada qualidade, simultaneamente reduzindo os níveis de poluição das massas de água.O resultado da operação é um fecho de rede do sistema de SAR, por via da implementação de infraestruturas que permitam encaminhar todo o efluente doméstico gerado para a ETAR de Espinho. The operation is an investment to improve and increase the access of the population of some housing agglomerates in the municipality of Espinho to high quality SAR services, simultaneously reducing the pollution levels of the water bodies.The result of the operation is a closure of the network of the SAR system, through the implementation of infrastructures that allow all the domestic effluent generated to the Espinho treatment plant.
