    Cílem projektu je vývoj optimalizované technologie torrefikace pro malé a mobilní jednotky, která bude zaměřena na zpracování nízkoenergetických odpadů z potravinářských, rostlinných a živočišných výrob, a na produkty s vyšším energetickým potenciálem. Díky technologii torrefikace dojde ke snížení vlhkosti, sterilizaci odpadů a současně ke zvýšení jejich energetického potenciálu, což znamená rozšíření využitelnosti těchto upravených odpadů jako obnovitelných zdrojů energie. a.
