This project aims to improve the habitability conditions of ERPI S. João de Deus, requalifying, modernising and adjusting infrastructures to present and future needs. It consists of intervening in the coating of the external frontages, the replacement of existing frames and glass by others with optimised thermal and acoustic performance, the application of mineral wool on the cement plates of mats and roofing of the building.
