Since its genesis, fermentum has been engaged in the development, production and marketing of craft beers, recognising I&D as a critical area of its competitiveness. Thus, with this project fermentum intends to increase its production capacity, responding to the increase in demand for which its product has been targeted, while ensuring an increase in quality and quantities produced.
