Com o objetivo de melhorar as condições de habitabilidade e de conforto dos residentes, a operação compreende a reabilitação dos Edifícios 4, 11, 12, 14, 15, 18, 23, 25, 27, 28 e 29 do Cerco Porto, num conjunto de 286 habitações, e dos edifícios 1, 2 e 3, num conjunto de 72 habitações.
