W wyniku realizacji projektu poprawi się funkcjonalności, estetyki przestrzeni wsi Przekolno. Przedmiot projektu obejmuje kompleksową modernizację i rozwój infrastruktury społecznej oraz zagospodarowanie przestrzeni publicznych: • Zagospodarowanie centralnego placu w Przekolnie, po byłym zbiorniku wodnym. • Zagospodarowanie placu przy świetlicy i bibliotece dla poprawienia warunków organizacji corocznych dni Integracji Rodzin, jak również do celów spotkań osób dorosłych. • Modernizacja obiektu świetlicy wiejskiej. Termomodernizacja świetlicy wiejskiej i biblioteki (jeden budynek) poprzez docieplenie ścian budynku warstwą styropianu (zmniejszenie kosztów ogrzewania). Montaż ogniw fotowoltaicznych na dachu świetlicy. • Utworzenie bezpiecznego przystanku dla dzieci i młodzieży dojeżdżającej do szkół oraz przedszkola – poprzez zagospodarowanie terenu przystanku oraz remont infrastruktury (chodniki, zadaszenie) • Remont zbiornika p.poż w centrum wsi (obecnie powoduje zawodnienie okolicznych terenów publicznych) • Remont dróg i ścieżek komunikacyjnych w centrum wsi (w tym okolice boiska), ze względu na ich znaczny stopień degradacji. Projekt jest spełnieniem oczekiwań mieszkańców. Zaplanowano stworzenie przyjaznej ogólnodostępnej przestrzeni publicznej. Główne etapy realizacji projektu: 1) Prace budowlane, 2) Nadzór inwestorski, 3) Promocja projektu. Szczegółowe informacje dot. rozwiązań technologicznych zamieszczono w pkt 4.1.3.2 SW Realizacja projektu w pełnym przewidzianym we wniosku zakresie umożliwi osiągnięcie pełnej funkcjonalności placu, bez konieczności przeprowadzania dodatkowych działań inwest. Za wdrażanie, realizację i rozlicz. projektu odpowiedz. będą pracownicy Urzędu Miejskiego w Pełczycach. As a result of the implementation of the project, the functionality, aesthetics of the space of the village Przekolno will be improved. The subject of the project includes the comprehensive modernisation and development of social infrastructure and the development of public spaces: • Development of the central square in Przekolno, after the former water reservoir. • Development of the square at the common room and library to improve the organisation of the annual Families Integration Days, as well as for meetings of adults. • Modernisation of the farmhouse. Thermomodernisation of the community centre and library (one building) by warming the walls of the building with a layer of polystyrene (reduced heating costs). Installation of photovoltaic cells on the roof of the common room. • The creation of a safe stop for children and young people commuting to schools and kindergarten – through the development of the area of the stop and renovation of infrastructure (walks, roofing) • Renovation of the fire reservoir in the centre of the village (currently causing the failure of surrounding public areas) • Renovation of roads and communication paths in the centre of the village (including the area around the field), due to their significant degradation. The project meets the expectations of the residents. A friendly public space is planned. The main stages of the project are: 1) Construction work, 2) Investor supervision, 3) Project promotion. Detailed information on technological solutions is provided in section 4.1.3.2 SW Implementation of the project within the full scope of the application will enable the full functionality of the square to be achieved, without the need to carry out additional investment activities. Employees of the Municipal Office in Pełczyce will be responsible for the implementation, implementation and settlement of the project. Detailed information on technical, human resources and knowledge is provided in Sections 3.2.2.1, 3.2.4.3 of the SW. The project is stationary. (English)
