Proj.realiz.od IX 2019 do V 2021 na terenie wybranych gmin woj.wielkop.,tj.gmin z subr. pilskiego zaliczanych do wiejskich obsz.funkcjonal. wymagając. wsparcia procesów rozwojowych w woj.wielkop.(regionalne OSI) oraz m. średnich.Wsparciem objętych zostanie 120 (72K,48M) mieszkańców ww.gmin-os.bezrobotnych,poszukujących pracy i biernych zaw.,defaworyzowanych na rynku pracy,pow.29r.ż.,z jednej z poniższych gr.:os.długotrwale bezrobotne,kobiety,os.z niepełnosprawnościami[ON],os.o niskich kwalifik.,os.w wieku 50 lat i więcej oraz inne wskazane we wniosku.Proj.odpowiada na cele szczegół.określone w SZOOP WRPO na l.2014-20-wdrożenie proj.zakłada wzrost zatrudnienia na regional.rynku pracy.Celem gł.proj.jest podniesienie do X 2020r. poziomu aktywności zaw.i zdolności do zatrudn. w grupie 120os. pow.29r.ż.,defaworyz.na rynku pracy bezrob., poszuk. pracy i biernych zaw.,zamieszkujących wybrane gminy wiejskie subregionu pilskiego lub miasta średnie poprzez objęcie ich kompleksowym programem wsparcia,odpowiadającym na zidentyfi. trudności i bariery,jakie napotykają w wejściu i utrzymaniu się na rynku pracy.Projekt realizowany jest przez "CERTES" Sp.z o.o. w partnerstwie z iT Consulting Sp. z o. o..Najważniejsze wskaźniki proj.:0L.osób objętych wsparciem aktywizacji zaw.w progr.-1200L.osób,które uzyskały kwalifik. po opuszczeniu progr.-300L.osób pracujących,łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek,po opuszczeniu progr.-50.Najważniejsze rezultaty proj.:0 zdobycie zatrud. przez min.50 UP0 podniesienie poziomu kwalifikacji/kompet. zaw. wśród min.84 UP0 zdobycie/podwyższenie doświad.zaw. umożliwiającego wejście/powrót na rynek pracy wśród min.63 UPW ramach proj.UP zostaną objęci wsparciem:¦ identyfikacja indywid.potrzeb i oprac.IPD (Zad.1)¦ poradnictwo zaw.(indywid.i grupowe) (Zad.2)¦ pośrednictwo pracy na każdym etapie realizacji wsparcia (Zad.3)¦ szkolenia prowadzące do nabycia kompetencji/kwalifikacji zaw.(Zad.4)¦ staże zaw.(Zad.5)Wartość proj.1 005 407,31zł,dofin.:955 136,94zł (Polish)

Proj.realiz.from IX 2019 to V 2021 in selected communes of woj.wielkop., i.e. communes from the Pilsk suburbs classified as rural functional. requiring support for development processes in the voivodship (regional OSI) and medium-sized regions. 120 (72K,48M) residents of the unemployed will be supported, jobseekers and passive workers, who are disadvantaged on the labour market, in the 29th century, from one of the following: long-term unemployed, women, persons with disabilities[ON], with low qualifications, at the age of 50 years and above and others indicated in the application.Proj. responds to the specific objectives set out in the SZOOP WRPO for the period 2014-20-implementation of the project. regional.labour market.The aim of the project is to increase by X 2020 the level of activity and capacity to be difficult in the group of 120 people. after 29 years, Defawarz. on the job market, job search and passive entrepreneurs, inhabiting selected rural municipalities of the Pilskie sub-region or medium-sized cities by covering them with a comprehensive support programme, the project is implemented by “Certes” Sp.z o.o. in partnership with iT Consulting Sp. z o.o.The most important indicators of project:0L. of persons covered by activation support in the threshold of 1200L of persons, after leaving the threshold-300L.of employed persons,including self-employed,after leaving the threshold-50.The most important results of the project:0 gaining difficulty by min.50 UP0 raising the level of qualifications/competence among min.84 UP0 gaining/increasing knowledge to enable entry/return to the labour market among at least 63 UPW within the framework of proj.UP will be supported by:¶ identification of Individuals.needs I OPD (Rec. 1)› counselling incl.
