Przedmiotem projektu jest inwestycja początkowa, polegająca na dywersyfikacji produkcji Zakładu Produkcyjno- Usługowego Rafał Chamarczuk. W ramach realizacji projektu powiększona zostanie powierzchnia produkcyjna poprzez budowę hali produkcyjnej, co pozwoli na zakup środków trwałych, umożliwiających kompleksowe wyposażenie zakładu. Wnioskodawca, dzięki pozyskanemu wsparciu oraz inwestycji prywatnej wdroży do przedsiębiorstwa innowacyjną usługę wytwarzania pelletu z wilgotnego materiału wsadowego o wilgotności do 50%. Realizacja projektu umożliwi udoskonalenie procesu produkcji pryzmy, wdrożenie nowego produktu jakim będzie gama pelletu, a także poprawę organizacji pracy przedsiębiorstwa, dzięki wdrożeniu innowacji nietechnologicznej. Inwestycja realizowana w terminie 01.04.2019- 31.12.2020 obejmie 3 zadania:1. Budowę hali produkcyjnej.2. Zakup środków trwałych. 3. Zakup wartości niematerialnych i prawnych.Do efektów rzeczowych projektu należą:- Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie - 1 szt.- Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotacje - 1 szt.- Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw- 680 940,00 zł- Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla firmy - 1 szt.- Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla rynku - 1 szt.- Liczba zakupionych ŚT- 3 szt.- Liczba nabytych WNIP- 1 szt.W ramach projektu nastąpi zakup:1) ŚT:- linia peletująca- 1 szt,- trak tartaczny- 1 szt,- długopis cyfrowy- 1 szt..2) WNiP:- oprogramowanie do digitalizacji danych obsługujące długopis cyfrowy - 1 szt. Kompleksowa realizacja projektu wpłynie na podniesienie poziomu konkurencyjności firmy. Zakup nowoczesnego parku maszynowego umożliwi uzupełnienie dotychczas wykorzystywanej infrastruktury, co w sposób bezpośredni przyczyni się do wzrostu innowacyjności przedsiębiorstwa, a co za tym idzie umocnienia pozycji marki na rynku i wzrostu przychodów ze sprzedaży. The subject of the project is an initial investment consisting of diversifying the production of the Production and Service Plant Rafał Chamarczuk. As part of the implementation of the project, the production area will be enlarged through the construction of a production hall, which will allow for the purchase of fixed assets enabling comprehensive equipment of the plant. The applicant, thanks to the support obtained and private investment, will implement to the company an innovative service for the production of pellets from damp input material with a moisture content of up to 50 %. Implementation of the project will make it possible to improve the process of prism production, implement a new product, which will be a range of pellets, as well as improve the organisation of the work of the company, thanks to the implementation of non-technological innovation. The investment carried out between 01.04.2019-31.12.2020 will cover 3 tasks:1. Construction of a production hall.2. Purchase of fixed assets. 3. Purchase of intangible assets.The material effects of the project include:- Number of enterprises receiving support – 1 pcs- Number of enterprises receiving grants – 1 piece- Private investment complementing public support for enterprises- PLN 680 940.00- Number of enterprises supported to introduce new products for the company – 1 pcs- Number of enterprises supported to introduce new products for the market – 1 pcs- Number of purchased TA-3- Number of purchased TIN – 1 pcs.- sawmill- 1 pcs,- digital pen- 1 pcs..2) WNiP:- data digitisation software supporting digital pen – 1 pcs. Comprehensive implementation of the project will increase the level of competitiveness of the company. The purchase of a modern machine park will make it possible to supplement the infrastructure used so far, which will directly contribute to the increase in the company’s innovation and thus to strengthen the brand’s position on the market and increase sales revenues.
