PRZEDMIOT PROJEKTU Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja budynku teatru AGT ROK „Mazury Garbate” przy Pl. Wolności 21C w Olecku wraz z wyposażeniem wielofunkcyjnej sali z wiodącą funkcją sali teatralnej oraz pomieszczeń technicznych w niezbędny sprzęt nagłośnieniowy, oświetleniowy i multimedialny i zagospodarowaniem terenu wokół obiektu (działek nr 444/4 i 3151/3 położonej pomiędzy Pl. Wolności a ul. Partyzantów). ZAKRES RZECZOWY Do zakresu rzeczowego należą: 1.Roboty budowlane; 2.Nadzór inwestorski; 3.Dostawa sprzętu oświetleniowego i nagłośnieniowego. Projekt nie jest rozpoczęty i będzie realizowany jednoetapowo.. Planowany termin realizacji to 06.2020-12.2021. Inwestorem i operatorem projektu będzie ROK „Mazury Garbate”. Wnioskodawca jest przygotowany do realizacji projektu, posiada niezbędną dokumentację techniczną, kosztorys, pozwolenie na budowę i zezwolenia konserwatora zabytków. Odbiorcami projektu będą mieszkańcy Gminy Olecko, turyści, artyści. W obecnej chwili teatr AGT jest wyłączony z użytkowania, co powoduje ograniczenie dostępu do oferty programowej. Projekt umożliwi wdrożenie nowej i poszerzenie aktualnej oferty o zasięg i skalę realizacji tj. zwiększenie liczby widzów, w szczególności dotyczy to oferty kulturalnej w wachlarzu produktów turystycznych województwa jak: -Finały Regionalnego Konkursu Recytatorskiego im. Wacława Klejmonta; -Ogólnopolski Konkurs Recytatorski „Spotkania z poezją”; -Powiatowy Konkurs Recytatorsko-Muzyczny; -SZTAMA-Spotkania ze Sztuką; -Oleckie Zderzenia ze Słowem i Dźwiękiem POEZJI GRAM. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostanie rozszerzona o nowe elementy dotychczasowa oferta kulturalna tj.: muzyczna, teatralna, filmowa i wystawiennicza. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia Osi priorytetowej 6 i Poddziałania 6.1.2. SzOOP, co opisano w pkt. 3.4. W projekcie przewiduje się dostosowanie obiektu teatru dla osób niepełnosprawnych poprzez budowę pochylni, dostosowanie toalet oraz usunięcie barier architektonicznych. (Polish)

Subject of the project The object of the project is the modernisation of the AGT YOK theatre “Mazury Garbate” at Pl. 21C Freedom in Olecek, together with the equipment of a multifunctional hall with a leading function of the theatre hall and technical rooms with the necessary sound, lighting and multimedia equipment and land development around the facility (plots Nos 444/4 and 3151/3 located between Pl. Freedom and st. Guerrillas). Material scope The material scope includes: 1.Construction robots; 2.Investor supervision; 3.Delivery of lighting and sound equipment. The project is not launched and will be implemented in one step. The planned implementation date is 06.2020-12.2021. The investor and operator of the project will be the YEAR “Mazury Garbate”. The applicant is prepared for the implementation of the project, has the necessary technical documentation, cost estimate, building permit and permits of the conservator of monuments. The recipients of the project will be residents of the municipality of Olecko, tourists, artists. At present AGT theatre is excluded from use, which restricts access to the program offer. The project will enable the implementation of the new offer and the extension of the current offer by the scope and scale of the implementation, i.e. increasing the number of viewers, in particular the cultural offer in the range of tourist products of the voivodship such as: —Finals of the Wenceslas Klejmont Regional Recycling Competition; —National recitation competition “Meetings with poetry”; — District Recyctive-Musical Competition; —SZTAMA-Meetings with Art; —Olectic collisions with the Word and Sound of the POEZ GRAM. As a result of the project, new elements of the existing cultural offer will be extended, i.e.: music, theatre, film and exhibition. The project is in line with Priority Axis 6 and Sub-Action 6.1.2. SZOOP, as described in paragraph. 3.4. The project foresees adaptation of the theatre facility for people with disabilities by building slipways, adjusting toilets and removing architectural barriers. (English)
