Przedmiotem projektu jest wykonanie prac poprawiających efektywność energetyczną budynku Wspólnoty Mieszkaniowej przy ul. Zielonej 13-15 w Braniewie, który zamieszkuje 15 gospodarstw domowych. W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi głęboka kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna w budynku Wspólnoty Mieszkaniowej ul. Zielonej 13-15 w Braniewie. Zakres prac: Ocieplenie stropu nad poddaszem wełną mineralną gr.25cm Ocieplenie dachu facjaty wełną mineralną gr.25cm Ocieplenie dachu na poddaszu wełną mineralną gr.25cm Ocieplenie ściany zewnętrznej niedocieplonej wełną mineralną gr.15cm Ocieplenie ściany zewnętrznej facjaty wełną mineralną gr.15cm Ocieplenie ściany zewnętrznej docieplonej wełną mineralną gr.6cm Modernizacja instalacji grzewczej: Budowa węzła cieplnego oraz instalacji c.o. wewnętrznej w części wspólnej. Budowa przyłącza ciepłowniczego, Wymiana pokrycia dachowego (wydatek niekwalifikowalny). Wskazany powyżej zakres prac jest spójny z audytem energetycznym. Projekt wpisuje się cel poddziałania 4.3.2 Efektywność energetyczna w budynkach mieszkalnych Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Warmia i Mazury 2014-2020, którego celem tematycznym jest wspieranie przejścia na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną we wszystkich Sektorach. Projekt przyczyni się do poprawy efektywności energetycznej budynku mieszkalnego. (Polish)

The object of the project is the execution of works improving the energy efficiency of the building of the Housing Community at ul. Green 13-15 in Braniewo, which has 15 households. The project will result in a deep comprehensive energy modernisation in the building of the Housing Community ul. Green 13-15 in Braniewo. Scope of work: Insulation of the roof over the attic mineral wool gr.25 cm Heating the roof of the facies with mineral wool gr.25 cm Heating the roof in the attic with mineral wool gr.25 cm Warming of the outer wall uninsulated with mineral wool gr.15 cm Warming of the outer wall of the facies with mineral wool gr.15 cm Warming of the outer wall insulated with mineral wool gr.6 cm Modernisation of the heating system: Construction of a heat node and an internal heating installation in the common part. Construction of a heating connection, Replacement of roofing (ineligible expenditure). The scope of work indicated above is consistent with the energy audit. The project fits in with the objective of sub-measure 4.3.2 Energy efficiency in residential buildings of the Regional Operational Programme Warmia and Mazury 2014-2020, the thematic objective of which is to support the transition to a low-carbon economy in all sectors. The project will contribute to improving the energy efficiency of the residential building. (English)
