Projekt obejmuje budynek GOK w Dźwierzutach, poło. na działkach: 589 w obr. Dźwierzuty, własność. Budynek o pow. użytkowej 461,30 m2. W wybr. do realizacji wariancie stanow. przedmiot niniejszego projektu efektywn. energet. zostanie uzysk. poprzez kompl. prace termomodern. z zastos. rozw. opartych na oze: wyd. kwalifik: termomodern. doc. stropu, ociepl. stropodachu i połaci, ścian zewnętrzn. i wewnętrzn., stolarka , inst. c.w.u., ogniwa fotowoltaiczne, inst. grzewcza, inst. oświetl. LED, roboty towarzyszące. Przewidziano także wymianę źródła ciepła i rozw. dla niepełn. które stanowią koszt niekwalifik. Wśród etapów znajduje się wykon. robót budowl., nadzór inwest., promocja projektu, dokum. techn., studium wykon., usługi zewnętrzne. Szczeg. inform. na temat zakresu rzecz. i przyjętych rozw. znajduje się w rozdz. 2.2 studium wykonaln. oraz w wyciągu z dokum. techn. będącej załączn. do wniosku. Cały zakres inwest. wdraż. będzie przez beneficjenta, tj.Gmina Dźwierzuty, która wyodr. ze swej struktury zespół pracown. odpowiedz. za wdrożenie projektu, którzy posiadają wysokie kwalif. i doświadcz. w realiz. projektów wdroż. w latach 2007-2013 oraz 2014-2020, co potw. r. 2.1.1.2 studium. Beneficjent posiada pełną zdolność realiz. do prawidłowej realizacji projektu zgodnie z zapisami kryteriów w tym zakresie. Zakres poddz. 4.3.1 określony w SZOOP jest wysoce zbieżny z zakresem projektu, gdyż prowadzi do zwiększ. efektywn. energet. budynków publicznych, gdyż wyniku jego realiz. nastąpi zmn. roczn. zuż. en. pierw., nast. zaoszcz. en, elektr. oraz cieplnej. Realiz, spow. redukcję gazów. ciepl. Grupą interes. projektu są głównie użytk., w tym mieszkańcy Gminy oraz regionu, personel jednostki, kierownictwo, dostawcy, goście, gdyż to oni są głównymi odbiorcami efektów realiz. projektu. Obecny stan techn. budynku objętego projektem wymaga ingerencji budowl., która przyczyni się do zdecyd. poprawy efektywn. energet. obiektów, którą potwierdza audyt energet. (Polish)

The project includes the GOK building in Dźwierzuty, half on land plots: 589 in rp. Sounds, property. Building with a usable area of 461.30 m². In order to implement the option states. the subject of this project effective energy. will be obtained by complimenting the thermomododern. with the application of development based on the following: qualifiers: thermomodern. doc. ceiling, warming. refurbishment and walls, interior and interior walls, joinery, inst. hot water, photovoltaic cells, heating, inst. illumination. Led, companion robots. It also provides for the replacement of the heat source and development for the part of which are ineligible costs. Among the stages are the execution of construction works., supervision of investment., promotion of the project, doc. techn., execution study, external services. For information on the scope of the item and the adopted developments, please refer to section. 2.2 Study performed and extracted from the Techn. doc. attached to the application. The entire scope of the investment will be implemented by the beneficiary, i.e. the Commune of Dźwierzuty, which emerged from its structure by a team of employees. Responsible for the implementation of the project, who have high qualifications and experience in implementing projects implemented in the years 2007-2013 and 2014-2020, which is confirmed by 2.1.1.2 study. The beneficiary has the full capacity to implement the project correctly in accordance with the criteria in this respect. The scope of the sub-item. 4.3.1, as defined in the SZOOP, is highly consistent with the scope of the project, as it leads to an increase in the efficient energy of public buildings, as the result of its implementation will be coined in the year. Implements the reduction of gases. heat. The interest group of the project is mainly the use, including residents of the Municipality and the region, the personnel of the unit, management, suppliers, guests, as they are the main recipients of the project’s results. The current state of the techn. of the building covered by the project requires the intervention of the buildings, which will contribute to the decision to improve the effective energet. objects, which is confirmed by the energet audit.
