Projekt dotyczy budowy instalacji fotowolt.o łącznej mocy 0,1 MW na terenie przy SUW w Borecznie (panele 64 szt.x285 Wp, inwerter 1szt.x17 kW) i Dobrzykach (panele 116 szt.x285 Wp, inwerter 1szt.x27,6 kW) oraz na oczyszczalni ścieków w m. Półwieś (panele 172 szt.x285 Wp, inwertery 1szt.x27,6 kW i 1szt.17 kW) w gminie Zalewo. Składa się z nast. etapów i zakresu: prace przygot. (dokumentacja projektowa), studium wykonalności, robót budowlanych (montaż paneli fotowoltaicznych, montaż podkonstrukcji na gruncie, podłączenie instalacji fotowoltaicznej do sieci elektroenergetycznej), nadzoru w projekcie oraz promocji projektu (tablice informacyjno-pamiątkowe). Za wszystkie odpowiedzialny będzie Wnioskodawca przy pomocy zewn. firm wyłonionych zgodnie ze wskazaniami sekcji X wniosku. Projekt wpisuje się w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 działanie 4.1 Wspieranie wytwarzania i dystrybucji energii pochodzącej ze źródeł odnawialnych, priorytet inwestycyjny 4a: Wspieranie wytwarzania i dystrybucji energii pochodzącej ze źródeł odnawialnych i cel szczegółowy: Zwiększony udział odnaw. źródeł energii w ogólnym bilansie energetycznym regionu. Instalacja fotowoltaiczna wykorzyst. odnawialne źródła energii – energię słoneczną do prod. energii elektrycznej, pozwala na efektywne i racjonalne wykorzystywanie zasobów naturalnych. Przedsięwzięcie zwiększy wykorzystanie odnawialnych źródeł energii w gminie Zalewo oraz w całym regionie. Zastosowanie instalacji fotowoltaicznej, pomimo braku wpływu na końcowe zużycie energii, pozytywnie wpłynie na redukcję emisji CO2. Stanie się to z uwagi na zastąpienie energii prod. przez tradycyjne elektrownie konwencjonalne (węglowe) zieloną energią tj. energią słoneczną. Zastąpienie ok. 52,65% energii sieciowej energią słoneczną pozwoli również na ograniczenie kosztów prowadzania działalności Wnioskodawcy. Projekt promuje jednocześnie dobre praktyki w zakresie ekologicznych źródeł energii i realizuje założenia Planu Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej dla Gminy Zalewo. (Polish)

The project concerns the construction of a photovoltage installation with a total capacity of 0.1 MW on the site at SUW in Boreczno (panels 64 pcs x285 Wp, inverter 1pcs x17 kW) and Dobrzyki (panels 116 pcs x285 Wp, inverter 1pcs x27.6 kW) and on a sewage treatment plant in Półwieś (panels 172 pcs x285 Wp, inverters 1pcs.x27.6 kW and 1pcs.17 kW) in the municipality of Zalewo. It consists of the following stages and scope: preparation work. (design documentation), feasibility study, construction works (assembly of photovoltaic panels, installation of substructures on the ground, connection of photovoltaic installation to the electricity grid), supervision in the project and project promotion (information and souvenir boards). All of them will be the responsibility of the Applicant by external companies selected as indicated in Section X of the application. The project is part of the SzOOP ROP WiM 2014-2020 measure 4.1 Supporting the generation and distribution of energy from renewable sources, investment priority 4a: Support for the production and distribution of energy from renewable sources and the specific objective: Increased share of renewable energy sources in the region’s overall energy balance. Photovoltaic installation uses renewable energy sources – solar energy to produce electricity, allows efficient and rational use of natural resources. The project will increase the use of renewable energy sources in the municipality of Zalevo and throughout the region. The use of photovoltaic installations, despite having no impact on final energy consumption, will have a positive impact on the reduction of CO2 emissions. This is due to the replacement of energy produced by traditional conventional (coal) power plants with green energy, i.e. solar energy. Replacement of approx. 52.65 % of solar grid energy will also reduce the costs of running the Applicant’s activities. At the same time, the project promotes good practices in the field of green energy sources and implements the Low Carbon Economy Plan for the Municipality of Zalewo. (English)
