    Projekt, navazující na MAP I, je zaměřen na zkvalitnění vzdělávání v místních školách poskytujících základní vzdělávání v regionu ORP Mohelnice. Nástrojem pro zvyšování kvality a jejího hodnocení je vytvoření společného plánu rozvoje v oblasti vzdělávání, včetně implementace. Zásadním z hlediska rozvoje bude pro region rozvoj partnerství ZŠ a MŠ, jejich zřizovatelů a ostatních aktérů ve vzdělávání s cílem společného plánování partnerských aktivit pro řešení místně specifických problémů a potřeb.
