Głównym celem projektu jest ożywienie społeczno – gospodarcze oraz odnowienie fizyczne i przestrzenne obszaru rewitalizacji miejscowości Łubnice. Cele szczegółowe: (1) Poprawa warunków życia mieszkańców miejscowości poprzez zmniejszenie liczby osób i rodzin zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym zamieszkujących obszar rewitalizacji. (2) Wzmocnienie rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego obszaru rewitalizacji. (3) Adaptacja zdegradowanych budynków i/lub obszarów w celu przywrócenia im lub nadania nowych funkcji społecznych, gospodarczych, edukacyjnych, kulturalnych. WSKAŹNIKI:(1) Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach (innych niż przedsiębiorstwa) – 3, (2) Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach (innych niż przedsiębiorstwa) – kobiety [EPC]-2, (3) Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach (innych niż przedsiębiorstwa) – mężczyźni [EPC]-1 (4) Powierzchnia obszarów objętych rewitalizacją – 7,67, (5) Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych–1. (6) Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach – 4. Cele projektu oraz zaplanowane w nim do realizacji działania są zg z celami szczegółowymi wyznaczonymi dla 6 Osi Priorytetowej RPO WŚ 2014 – 2020 oraz z celami szczegółowymi Działania 6.5. Oddziaływanie projektu ma zasięg ponadlokalny. Projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie z Powiatem Staszowskim i Partnerem MŚP. Liderem projektu jest Gmina Łubnice. Zakres projektu obejmuje 17 zadań polegających na wykonaniu robót budowlanych oraz zakupie środków niematerialnych i prawnych.Zakres rzeczowy: rewaloryzacja Parku "Lipiny", przebudowa dróg lokalnych i powiatowych, przebudowa placu manewrowego przy Centrum Kultury, wymiana oprac oświetlenia ulicznego na LEDowe, poprawa techniczna budynku Ośrodka Zdrowia, zakup i montaż monitoringu, termomodernizacja stacji uzdatniania wody. The main objective of the project is the socio-economic recovery and the physical and spatial regeneration of Łubnice. Specific objectives: (1) Improving the living conditions of local residents by reducing the number of people and families at risk of social exclusion living in the regeneration area. (2) Strengthening the socio-economic development of the revitalisation area. (3) Adapting degraded buildings and/or areas to restore them or to give them new social, economic, educational, cultural functions. Indicators:(1) Employment growth in supported entities (other than enterprises) – 3, (2) Employment growth in supported entities (other than enterprises) – women [FTE]-2, (3) Employment growth in supported entities (other than enterprises) – men [FTE]-1 (4) Area of revitalisation areas – 7,67, (5) Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities-1. (6) Number of supported infrastructure facilities located in revitalised areas – 4. The objectives of the project and its planned action are in line with the specific objectives set for the 6th Priority Axis of the ROP WŚ 2014-2020 and the specific objectives of Measure 6.5. The impact of the project is trans-local. The project will be implemented in partnership with the Staszów District and SME Partner. The leader of the project is the Municipality of Łubnice. The scope of the project covers 17 tasks consisting of the execution of construction works and the purchase of intangible assets. revitalisation of the “Lipiny” Park, reconstruction of local and district roads, reconstruction of the manoeuvring area at the Cultural Centre, replacement of street lighting works with LEDs, technical improvement of the Health Centre building, purchase and installation of monitoring, thermomodernisation of water treatment stations.
