Projekt jest odpowiedzią na trudną sytuację rodzin, która dzięki jego realizacji może ulec znaczącej poprawie. Ma to się odbyć poprzez dostęp do usług wsparcia rodziny oraz działania na rzecz rozwoju specjalistycznej pomocy psychologicznej. Grupą docelową będą osoby wykluczone lub zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym oraz ich otoczenie: 45 osób w wieku (6-18) lat w ramach zajęć na świetlicy oraz 45 osób dorosłych w ramach indywidualnego wsparcia rodziny z terenu Gminy Lipowa. CEL: Wzrost dostępności i jakości usług społecznych zapobiegających ubóstwu i wykluczeniu społecznemu. Zadania: Utworzenie świetlicy, rozszerzenie oferty 2 świetlic, zakup i montaż wyposażenia, zakup pomocy dydaktycznych, realizacja konsultacji psychologicznej. Okres: od 01.11.2021 r. do 30.10.2022 r. Miejsce: Świetlica w Twardorzeczce, Leśnej oraz Nowa Świetlica w Lipowej. (Polish)

The project is a response to the difficult situation of families, which can be significantly improved as a result of its implementation. This is to be done through access to family support services and through the development of specialised psychological assistance. The target group will be people excluded or at risk of poverty or social exclusion and their surroundings: 45 people aged (6-18) as part of classes at the day-care centre and 45 adults as part of individual family support from the area of Lipowa Municipality. OBJECTIVE: Increasing the availability and quality of social services to prevent poverty and social exclusion. Tasks: Creation of a community centre, extension of the offer of 2 community centres, purchase and installation of equipment, purchase of teaching aids, implementation of psychological consultations. Period: from 01.11.2021 to 30.10.2022. Place: Common room in Twardorzeczka, Forest and Nowa Świetlica in Lipowa. (English)
