Projekt w okresie 15.09.2020 do 15.06.2021 r.obejmuje realizację działań służących eliminowaniu zdiagnozowanych zdrowotnych czynników ryzyka w Urzędzie Miasta i Gminy Koniecpol,z uwzględnieniem działań szkoleniowych i profilaktycznych,w celu poprawy warunków pracy 28 pracowników w wieku aktywności zawodowej(20K i 8M)na stanowiskach adm.-biur.zatrudnionych w Urzędzie,w tym osób w wieku 50+ 5os(3K i 2M).Głównym celem projektu jest utrzymanie aktywności zawodowej i pozostanie w zatrudnieniu osób pracujących, poprzez realizowanie działań w zakresie poprawy ergonomii stanowisk pracy(modernizacja stanowisk pracy)oraz działań szkoleniowych,z zakresu Ergonomii pracy z komputerem oraz Metod radzenia sobie ze stresem w pracy.Efektem realizacji projektu będzie poprawa komfortu i warunków pracy uwzględniających czynniki zdrowotne pracowników.Wskaźniki:Liczba os. 50+ i więcej objętych wsparciem-5os,(3K i 2M),Liczba osób,które po opuszczeniu programu podjęły pracę lub kontynuowały zatrudnienie-25os. The main objective of the project is to maintain professional activity and remain in employment of people working, by carrying out actions in the field of improving the ergonomics of workplaces (modernising workplaces, working environments and training).
