Projekt dotyczy termomodernizacji budynku mieszczącego się przy ul.Wiejskiej w Rzędkowicach (gmina Włodowice). W budynku znajdują się 4 mieszkania komunalne oraz lokale użytkowe spełniające funkcje użyteczności publicznej - wszystkie pomieszczenia stanowią zasób Gminy. W szczególności zakres prac obejmuje: 1. Koszty kwalifikowane w zakresie: - docieplenia ścian kondygnacji nadziemnych, - docieplenia stropodachu (nad przejazdem, strychem, piwnicą, stropu nad pomieszczeniami obok strychu) - wymiany stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej (wraz z podokiennikami - odtworzenie), - modernizacji instalacji centralnego ogrzewania, - wymiany istniejącego, węglowego źródła ciepła na kocioł kondensacyjny na biomasę, - wymiana orynnowania jako odtworzenie. 2. Koszty niekwalifikowane obejmujące: - remont dachu nad salą, - ściany fundamentowe, - opaskę wokół budynku wraz z chodnikiem, - pokrycie dachu nad składem opału, - remont schodów i kominów. - wymiany instalacji elektrycznej (Polish)

The project concerns the thermomodernisation of the building located at ul.Wiejska in Rzędkowice (municipality of Włodowice). In the building there are 4 communal apartments and commercial premises for public utility functions – all rooms are a resource of the Municipality. In particular, the scope of the work shall include: 1. Eligible costs: — warming the walls of above-ground floors, – warming up the floors (over the passage, attic, basement, ceiling above the rooms next to the attic) – replacing window and door joinery (together with window frames – restoration), – modernisation of the central heating system, – replacement of the existing coal heat source with a condensing boiler for biomass, – replacement of orincination as restoration. 2. Ineligible costs including: — renovation of the roof above the hall, – foundation walls, – a band around the building with a sidewalk, – covering the roof over the fuel composition, – renovation of stairs and chimneys. — replacement of electrical installations (English)
