Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup centrum frezarskiego CNC 3-osiowego z dokładaną 4 i 5 osią, centrum tokarskiego CNC oraz oprogramowania CAM wspomagającego procesy obróbki skrawaniem. Efektem inwestycji będzie wdrożenie innowacji procesowej (sposób realizacji wysokoprecyzyjnej obróbki mechanicznej złożonych geometrycznie narzędzi specjalnych), innowacji produktowej (zaawansowane narzędzie specjalne w postaci trzpienia przegubowego i pozostałe kompleksowe oprzyrządowanie dedykowane do procesu gięcia rur cienkościennych na małych promieniach), innowacji marketingowej (nowe pozycjonowanie oferty na rynku dla zwiększenia sprzedaży). W wyniku projektu powstaną 2 nowe miejsca pracy. (Polish)

The object of the project is the purchase of a 3-axis CNC milling centre with an insertable 4 and 5 axis, a CNC lathe centre and CAM software supporting machining processes. The result of the investment will be the implementation of process innovation (method of high-precision mechanical processing of geometrically complex special tools), product innovation (advanced special tool in the form of an articulated mandrel and other comprehensive tooling dedicated to the bending process of thin-walled pipes on small rays), marketing innovation (new positioning of the offer on the market to increase sales). The project will create 2 new jobs. (English)
