Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup środków trwałych i oprogramowania umożliwiających uruchomienie produkcji innowacyjnych urządzeń do rozpoznawania, segregowania i wstępnej utylizacji odpadów - recyklomatów oraz automatycznych, samoobsługowych urządzeń kurierskich działających w oparciu o robota. Prototypy urządzeń są wynikiem prac B+R Wnioskodawcy. Zakres projektu obejmuje zakup urządzeń oraz oprogramowania, w tym: - wykrawarki - 2 pras krawędziowych - zestaw urządzeń złożony z wykrawarki i obrabiarki laserowej - stacjonarnej linii automatycznej do malowania wykrawanych elementów - 15 nitownic - 15 wkrętarek - tokarki CNC - oprogramowania do pras krawędziowych Recyklomaty umożliwiać będą odbiór w jednym urządzeniu wielu rodzajów odpadów np. aluminium, szkło, PET, natomiast zrobotyzowane urządzenia kurierskie pozwalać będą na odbiór/nadanie paczki przy udziale robota, posiadać będą większą liczbę skrytek i niestandardowe rozmiary (możliwość zabudowania wolnej przestrzeni). The object of the project is the purchase of fixed assets and software enabling the production of innovative devices for the recognition, segregation and initial disposal of waste – recyclomats and automatic, self-service courier devices operating on the basis of the robot. Prototypes of devices are the result of R & D work of the Applicant. The scope of the project includes the purchase of equipment and software, including: — punching machines – 2 press brakes – a set of devices consisting of a punching machine and a laser machine – a stationary automatic line for painting punched elements – 15 riveters – 15 screwdrivers – CNC lathes – software for brake presses Recyclomatics will allow the collection of many types of waste in one device, e.g. aluminium, glass, PET, while robotic courier devices will allow the parcel to be received/consigned with the robot, they will have a larger number of boxes and non-standard sizes (possibility of building free space).
