Celem projektu jest inwestycja w zakup środków trwałych i wnip niezbędnych do wprowadzenia na rynek nowego produktu t: EAOT (end of arms tooling) – wyspecjalizowane jednostki otworujące dla zrobotyzowanych systemów produkcyjnych w przemyśle samochodowym. Celem głównym projektu, do realizacji którego jest konieczna realizacja celów szczegółowych, jest wdrożenie nowego innowacyjnego produktu w firmie SOLGAM, którego powstanie jest rezultatem prac B+R na poziomie IX (zgodnie z nomenklatura poziomów gotowości technologicznej). Cele szczegółowe to inwestycja w środki trwałe, wartości niematerialne i prawne, które są niezbędne w produkcji nowego produktu. Realizacja tego celu to zakup elektroerozyjnej wycinarki drutowej, szlifierki do płaszczyzn oraz instalacji do wytwarzania energii elektrycznej, środki niematerialne i prawne to zakup licencji oprogramowania CAD. Kolejnym celem szczegółowym jest innowacja produktowa: wiemy co potrzeba zrobić jako nowy produkt ( EOAT) i wiemy jakie rozwiązania zastosować, aby spełnił wymagania rynku. Wprowadzany na rynek nowy produkt EOAT wyspecjalizowane jednostki otworujące dla zrobotyzowanych systemów produkcyjnych w przemyśle samochodowym, produktu innowacyjnego w skali kraju, stosowanego w okresie do 3 lat, potwierdzona w Opinii o Innowacyjności. Pod nazwą EOAT wyspecjalizowane jednostki otworujące kryją się jednostki montowane na przyłączu do robota przemysłowego, których zadaniem jest wykonanie zaprogramowanej przez technologa operacji. Cechami charakterystycznymi EOAT są: precyzja działania, powtarzalność operacji, precyzja ruchu, wyposażenie w elementy kontrolujące w/w funkcje, wyposażenie w elementy kontrolujące parametry zdefiniowanego procesu, system SMED (system szybkiej wymiany jednostki). Celem tych jednostek jest zapewnienie elastycznej pracy w układzie maszyna - robot przemysłowy w sposób zgodny z ideą "przemysł 4.0" która dotyczy nie tylko technologii, ale też nowych sposobów pracy i roli ludzi w przemyśle (Polish)

The aim of the project is to invest in the purchase of fixed assets and nip necessary for the launch of a new product t: EAOT (end of arms tooling) – specialised opening units for robotic production systems in the automotive industry. The main objective of the project, for which it is necessary to implement the specific objectives, is the implementation of a new innovative product at SOLGAM, which is the result of R & D work at level IX (according to the nomenclature of technological readiness levels). The specific objectives are the investment in fixed assets, intangible assets, which are necessary for the production of a new product. The realisation of this goal is the purchase of electric wire cutting machine, surface grinding machines and electricity generation installations, intangible and legal assets are the purchase of CAD software licenses. Another specific objective is product innovation: we know what needs to be done as a new product (EOAT) and we know what solutions to apply to meet market requirements. The new EOAT product launches specialised opening units for robotic production systems in the automotive industry, an innovative product on a national scale, used over a period of up to 3 years, confirmed in the Innovation Opinion. Under the name of EOAT, specialised opening units hide units mounted on the connection to an industrial robot, whose task is to perform the operation programmed by the technologist. The characteristics of EOAT are: precision of operation, repeatability of operations, precision of movement, equipment with control elements of the above mentioned functions, equipment with elements controlling parameters of the defined process, SMED system (high-speed unit exchange system). The aim of these units is to provide flexible work in the machine system – an industrial robot in a way that is consistent with the idea of “Industry 4.0” which concerns not only technology, but also new ways of working and the role of people in industry (English)
