Celem projektu jest modernizacja oczyszczalni ścieków w Głogówku, która zlokalizowana jest w Gminie Głogówek, miejscowość: Głogówek, przy ulicy Jagiellońskiej na działce nr 194. Głównym celem społeczno-gospodarczym realizacji inwestycji jest poprawa jakości środowiska, w tym stanu wód powierzchniowych i zachowanie usług ekosystemowych ze względu na redukcję zanieczyszczeń, a także zwiększenie poziomu oczyszczania ścieków z terenu Gminy Głogówek. Planowana inwestycja modernizacji oczyszczalni ma na celu podnieść sprawność oczyszczania wstępnego poprzez: - poprawę usuwania skratek (skratki są dodatkowo cedzone na sicie sitopiaskownika oraz płukane i prasowane na praso płuczce, - automatyzacje usuwania zanieczyszczeń mineralnych przede wszystkim piasku oraz ich prasowanie i przepłukiwanie na płuczce piasku. Ponadto celem inwestycji jest zwiększenie możliwości przyjęcia i oczyszczenia większej ilości ładunków zanieczyszczeń oraz poprawić niezawodność i kontrolę procesu jak również bezpieczeństwo. W ramach projektu planowane jest osiągnięcie następujących wskaźników: - Liczba przebudowanych oczyszczalni ścieków komunalnych (wskaźnik produktu) w wysokości 1 szt., - Wielkość ładunku ścieków poddanych ulepszonemu oczyszczeniu (wskaźnik rezultatu) w wysokości: 7659 RLM, - Liczba dodatkowych osób korzystających z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków (wskaźnik rezultatu) w wysokości: 7659 RLM, Zgodnie z planami Wnioskodawcy inwestycja ma być realizowana od I kwartału 2020 roku do II kwartału 2022 roku. Projekt ma na celu podniesienie parametrów funkcjonującej infrastruktury dla aglomeracji Głogówek, a także daje on możliwość korzystania z tego systemu mieszkańcom G. Lubrza, która sąsiaduje z G. Głogówek. Podłączenie przez G. Lubrza do istniejącej sieci na terenie G. Głogówek wydaje się najbardziej opłacalnym i uzasadnionym dla obu. Warunki korzystania określa list intencyjny. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to modernise the wastewater treatment plant in Głogówek, which is located in Głogówek Municipality, a town: Głogówek, at Jagiellonska Street on plot no. 194. The main socio-economic objective of the investment is to improve the quality of the environment, including surface water status and to preserve ecosystem services due to the reduction of pollution, as well as to increase the level of waste water treatment from the Głogówek Municipality. The planned investment in the modernisation of the treatment plant aims to improve the efficiency of pre-treatment by: — improving the removal of scraps (the scraps are additionally cemented on the sieve screen and rinsed and pressed on the scrubber, – automation of the removal of mineral impurities primarily of sand and their pressing and flushing on the sand scrubber. In addition, the investment aims to increase the capacity to absorb and clean up more pollution loads and to improve the reliability and control of the process as well as safety. The project plans to achieve the following indicators: — Number of reconstructed urban waste water treatment plants (product indicator) of 1 piece, – Load volume of the waste water treated with improved treatment (result indicator) of: 7659 p.e., – Number of additional persons using improved waste water treatment (result indicator) of: 7659 p.e., According to the Applicant’s plans, the investment is to be carried out from Q1 2020 to Q2 2022. The project aims to increase the parameters of the existing infrastructure for the agglomeration of Głogówek, and it also gives the possibility of using this system to residents of G. Lubrza, who is adjacent to G. Głogówek. G. Lubrza’s connection to the existing network in G. Głogówek seems to be the most cost-effective and justified for both.
