W ramach projektu planowane jest wykonanie termomodernizacji obiektu Ratusza należącego do Gminy Głogówek, będącego pod nadzorem konserwatora zabytków. W ramach prac termomodernizacyjnego zaplanowano następujące prace do wykonania: - Wymianę stolarki okiennej na nowe okna o współczynniku przenikania ciepła w wysokości nie wyższym niż 0,9 W/m2K - Docieplenie części biurowej na poddaszu budynku wełną mineralną o grubości 30 cm i współczynniku lambda w wysokości 0,035 W/m*K, - Wymiana oświetlenia na bardziej energooszczędne, - Renowacja stolarki drzwiowej, - Montaż wentylacji z odzyskiem ciepła. Projekt realizuje wskaźniki produktu i rezultatu z Poddziałaniem 3.2.1 Efektywność energetyczna w budynkach publicznych. Należą do nich - Wskaźniki produktu: -> Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków - 1 szt.; -> Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji: 1 126,10 m kw. - Wskaźniki rezultatu: -> Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych - 262 382,83 kWh/rok; -> Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych - 55,53 Mg/rok; -> Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej - 33,94 MWh/rok; -> Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej - 525,45 GJ/rok; -> Zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej w wyniku realizacji projektów - 647,64 GJ/rok. Instytucją odpowiedzialną za przygotowanie projektu, nadzór nad jego realizacją oraz utrzymanie trwałości będzie Gminy Głogówek. Struktura Urzędu Miejskiego w Głogówku odpowiedzialna za wdrożenie oraz realizację przedsięwzięcia zgodna jest z zasadami realizacji zadań współfinansowanych ze środków unii Europejskiej. Rzeczowa realizacja projektu nastąpi od stycznia do listopada 2020 roku. W 2019 planowane jest zrealizowanie działań przygotowawczych, tj. opracowanie dokumentacji, pozyskanie niezbędnych pozwoleń. Budynek został wpisany do rejestru zabytków pod numerem 117/54 z dnia 03.09.1954 roku. (Polish)

As part of the thermomodernisation work, the following works are planned: — Replacement of window joinery for new windows with a heat transfer coefficient of not more than 0,9 W/m2K – Warming of the office part in the attic of a building with 30 cm thick mineral wool and lambda coefficient of 0.035 W/m*K, – Replacement of lighting with more energy efficient, – Renovation of the door joinery, – Installation of ventilation with heat recovery. The project implements output and result indicators with Sub-measure 3.2.1 Energy efficiency in public buildings. These include – Product Indicators: —> number of energy-modified buildings – 1; —> usable area of buildings subject to thermomodernisation: 1126,10 sq m — Result indicators: —> reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings – 262382.83 kWh/year; —> estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions – 55.53 Mg/year; —> amount of electricity saved – 33.94 MWh/year; —> amount of thermal energy saved – 525.45 GJ/year; —> reduction of final energy consumption as a result of projects – 647.64 GJ/year. The institution responsible for preparing the project, supervising its implementation and maintaining its sustainability will be the Municipality of Głogówek. The structure of the Municipal Office in Głogówek responsible for the implementation and implementation of the project is in accordance with the principles of implementation of tasks co-financed by the European Union. The project will be implemented from January to November 2020. In 2019, preparatory actions are planned, i.e. preparation of documentation, obtaining the necessary permits.
