Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie dostępności i jakości edukacji dzieci i młodzieży w zakresie kształcenia ogólnego uczęszczających do 5 szkół podstawowych SP podległych pod Gminę Laskowa L w okresie od 06.2021 do 12.2022 i tym samym dalszy rozwój społeczny i edukacyjny woj. małopolskiego poprzez dopasowanie programu edukacji do potrzeb nowoczesnej gospodarki i rynku pracy. Główne zadania projektu to prowadzenie pozalekcyjnych zajęć edukacyjnych dla uczniów w zakresie rozwijania kompetencji kluczowych, zwiększenie motywacji do nauki ucznia, wsparcie ucznia z SPE oraz zastosowanie szerokiego wachlarza włączających metod nauczania, a także rozwój kompetencji zawodowych kadr. Główne rezultaty projektu to nabycie przez U kompetencji kluczowych, podniesienie kwalifikacji N do nowoczesnego prowadzenia lekcji w tym z wykorzystaniem TIK oraz do pracy z uczniem SPE oraz zwiększenie potencjału edukacyjnego szkół przez wyposażenie w TIK i doposażenie pracowni w pomoce dydaktyczne, atakże dostosowanie placówek do potrzeb U i dorosłych osób niepełnosprawnych ON. The main objective of the project is to improve the availability and quality of education of children and young people in general education attending 5 SP primary schools subordinate to the Municipality of Laskowa L in the period from 06.2021 to 12.2022 and thus further social and educational development of the Małopolska Voivodeship by adapting the education programme to the needs of the modern economy and the labour market. The main tasks of the project are to conduct non-curricular educational activities for students in the development of key competences, increase motivation to learn the student, support a student from the SPE and apply a wide range of inclusive teaching methods, as well as the development of professional competences of staff. The main results of the project are the acquisition by U of key competences, the improvement of N qualifications for modern teaching, including the use of ICT and work with a student of the SPE, and increasing the educational potential of schools by equipping with ICT and equipping the studio with teaching aids, as well as adapting institutions to the needs of U and adult persons with disabilities.
