CCelem głównym projektu jest wzrost dostępności do wysokiej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej w Gminy Czarnia poprzez utworzenie 28 nowych miejsc przedszkolnych, rozszerzenie oferty OWP o dodatkowe zajęcia wyrównujące szanse edukacyjne 28 dzieci (13K,15M) w zakresie stwierdzonych deficytów, podniesienie jakości kształcenia dzięki doskonaleniu kompetencji 2 nauczycieli (2K) w terminie do 30.11.2021 r. Projekt realizuje następujące typy: a) tworzenie nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego, w istniejących ośrodkach wychowania przedszkolnego, c) rozszerzenie oferty przedszkola o dodatkowe zajęcia wyrównujące szanse dzieci w zakresie stwierdzonych deficytów, e) doskonalenie umiejętności, kompetencji lub kwalifikacji nauczycieli OWP do pracy z dziećmi w wieku przedszkolnym. Wskaźnikiem rezultatu jest: 2 nauczycieli (2K), którzy nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu a wskaźnikami produktu są: 28 dzieci (13 dz i 15ch) objętych dodatkowymi zajęciami zwiększającymi ich szanse edukacyjne w edukacji przedszkolnej, 28 miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego dofinansowanych w programie oraz 2 nauczycieli (2K) objętych wsparciem w programie. The main goal of the project is to increase the availability of high-quality pre-school education in the municipality of Czarnia by creating 28 new pre-school places, extending the offer of the PLO with additional classes equalising the educational opportunities of 28 children (13K,15M) in the area of identified deficits, improving the quality of education by improving the competences of 2 teachers (2K) by 30.11.2021. The project implements the following types: a) the creation of new pre-primary education places in existing pre-primary education centres, c) the extension of the provision of kindergarten to include additional classes equalising children’s chances in terms of identified deficits, e) improving the skills, competences or qualifications of PLO teachers to work with pre-school children. The result indicator is: 2 teachers (2K) who acquired competence after leaving the programme and output indicators are: 28 children (13 dz and 15ch) with additional activities improving their educational opportunities in pre-primary education, 28 pre-school places co-financed by the programme and 2 teachers (2K) supported by the programme.
